Their chili gave me food poisoning yesterday evening

The drive through had 3 cars and was an incredible long wait, at least 20 minutes I ordered. Sandwich was fresh and delicious but $8!

This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. I am used to going to the one in San bernardino, which has excellent service. I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a brownie and when I got to the drive-thru window, the guy told me that he could not warm up my brownie because his boss told me that they did not want to make a habit of it from their customers requesting that. So let me get this straight, you guys had me wait 20 minutes for a brownie and you couldn't throw it in the microwave for 10 seconds? There were three workers in the back. Panera should not be as slow as 20-minute wait when you guys serve soup and sandwiches. I love Panera Bread but this location needs better management and common sense.

I just want to the one in Southern California on monetary in palm desert and really. I asked for 3 BLT’s. I drive home 28 minutes drive two sandwiches were wrong. The guy at the window read it back to me twice and it’s still wrong. 40 bucks for sandwiches and it’s wrong after reading it back multiple times. How one was a tuna I have no idea and the tuna was saturated with mayo it was more mayo than tuna. Not like I’m going to drive back as it’s so far. Now I’m just going to the store to buy supplies to make food for the family. If you are going to charge that much for a simple sandwich get it right good god
First time trying and overall we enjoyed our lunch. The chili, BBQ chicken sandwich, and chicken rice soup were all really good. The bread for the sandwich was especially good. They have Pepsi products which was nice.
The cashier was super nice and took time to explain how everything works. You pre-order and then grab the food at the window when ready which didn't take very long. Gave a 4 only since we felt the restaurant was a bit dirty and we needed to clean our table before sitting and it's a bit pricey for being self served.

Every time i ordered through drive tru,i had to wait more than 15 minutes to get it!! And that’s not because of the busyness!! They are systematically slowwww!!Last time was couple minutes ago when an absolutely rude lady driver ahead blocked the window for more than 10 minutes to get an unusual receipt and incompetent manager were not able to convince her to wait at parking lot instead of wasting other people’s time!!! That will be my last time at this store!!

John was super accommodating for my weird request and didn’t mind me interrupting their kitchen flow! Great hire who works well under pressure and works with picky customers with ease?

What i witnessed here was an absolute disgrace and I hope management takes swift action to amend this. A white employee screamed at a biracial girl that looked no older than 5 for “stealing” when in reality it was clear the young girl was just playing and seeing the various different gift cards. It reached a point where the girl started sobbing and shaking , obviously in emotional distress. This was a shock to witness and I hope Panera knows that this will not be tolerated - and I have escalated this to your superiors so I hope you discipline that employee accordingly and apologise to that little girl if they ever do come back ( which I won’t be. )

I recently witnessed a disturbing incident at Panera involving a white employee with green hair yelling at a biracial 5-year-old, accusing her of stealing for simply grabbing a gift card. The child was crying and visibly shaken. It felt like an unnecessary and aggressive overreaction, especially considering the child’s age. The fact that the accusation seemed to be racially charged made it even more uncomfortable and unacceptable. This kind of behavior has no place in any establishment. Panera needs to ensure that its staff treats all customers with respect and refrains from making baseless accusations, especially ones that appear to be rooted in racial bias.

The managers at this Panera yelled at a little girl just because she touched the gift cards and demanded that the child’s guardian pay for each and every gift card that they touched. Which to me is beyond outrageous she’s a child they could’ve went about this a different way .Will not be returning back to this Panera bread. I believe the manager had green hair, which also is very unprofessional if you ask me.
