Excellent food and very creative pasta dishes. This is the first time we were here and will definitely return!We had the pear and bleu cheese salad, portobello mushroom ravioli, pasta putanesca, and lamb shank. Very good sized portions and all were delicious.Cute little place and very popular in the Palm Desert area. this was my first time at a Papa Dan's and it was exceptional! i ordered the meat lovers pizza on regular crust to go.when i got there i received a friendly greeting, when they brought my pizza up they opened the box to make sure i approved. who does this? first time for me.the pizza was perfect, from the crust, sauce to the toppings and it was delicious! I over ate because i couldn't stop, i will be a loyal customer.way to go Pappa Dan!

it was a sort of deep dish Hawaiian with sausage and pepperoni. I am heartbroken to hear they recently had a fire. I hope and pray they open again soon.
