Finding authentic Vietnamese pho can be challenging, but Pho Vu exceeds expectations. Having lived in Orange County's Little Saigon, I can attest to the broth's genuineness. Pho Vu's flavorful broth, coupled with friendly service and impeccable cleanliness, makes it a must-visit destination. We went there two times other days order the same Bun Bo Hue come with Vietnamese pork ham and we come there third times order they denied us food and they say don’t have it lies. They’re disrespectful and rudes. They told us don’t come back again. They’re very greedy and Bad reliable business!! So don’t go there !!!

I must say This is quite different from the pho I know. In addition to providing a large plate of raw bean sprouts and lemon slices, you can add them by yourself Chicken Breast in Pho It's really too dry and tasteless It takes a long time to chew before you can swallow it. Pho is not like that

Palm Desert pho restaurant. The steamed rice noodle restaurant was in the US, not Vietnam. Generous portion and rich soup. A generous amount of cilantro was provided separately for all diners?. A restaurant that makes 1 rice noodle a day! Highly recommended!
My husband and I came here as our second visit because the pho is delicious but customer service is awful. They seem to not understand the customers. An incident occurred yesterday where an older gentleman started choking and the man behind him tried to help but could not get him to spit out what was lodged in his throat. My husband walked over and gave him the heimlich maneuver and was able to help him dislodge the food. The employees did NOTHING, didn't even ask the man if he was okay. The lady handed him his bill with a smile. Strange...I'd hate to think this would happen to anyone else and the staff just put a blind eye to it. So don't choke, you won't be saved. I hope management and the owners read this.

We have been to this restaurant several times. Usually, an older gentleman takes the orders. He is definitely not a people person, but never a problem. However, tonight, he was very rude and showed no interest in helping with alternates. One of our friends wanted an item that comes on French bread. They were out of French bread, so our friend said he'd take it with rice. This just threw the guy into a frenzy, offering all sorts of items that had nothing to do with what was asked for. So simple, yet just astonished at how the waiter reacted! Then, those who ordered their staple Pho soup we given their soup, but no Thai basil was Givin, which always is. This is a main part of this item. He should have advised the table before ordering this item. There are 2 store right near where they could have easily gotten rolls and basil for the restaurant!! Overall, it was a very unpleasant evening. Very disappointing!! They should not allow this grumpy old guy to wait tables. He is the opposite of good service for sure!!

Very bad customer service, server were very rude, always on their phone ignoring customers or going outside for a cigarette break. The only person to attend me was the sweet girl on cashier. Everytime I come in I notice how bad she gets treated by the other workers. If this is how their good employees get treated then I don’t recommend anyone coming in here. There was also cockroaches running around my table and on others. Really disappointed and disgusted. Do better pho vu.
