Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar Palm Desert

Seafood was fresh, great service, very attentive with checking back and getting refills, atmosphere is like a classic seafood boil place but does have a full service bar compared to Orange County seafood boil restaurants. I was surprised they served it in a metal pan instead of the bag but honestly it kept the seafood and seasoning hot for a good period of time. I don’t remember our server’s name but he did a great job. He was also bartending too.

Amazing food and great service. Will be back again. The price point is on point.

My first time here was last week. I was craving a seafood boil and it surely didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and just what I wanted and craved. The service was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place to get a delicious seafood boil. Food was fresh, flavors were great. Prices were not cheap but very reasonable. Would definitely eat there again and recommend to others.

We put our names down before several other parties, yet watched as others who arrived after us were seated first. Once we were finally seated, our server asked if we wanted drinks but never brought drink menus. After a long wait, we decided to order all our food at once to save time. Still, multiple tables that were seated after us received their food before we even got our drinks.

When we asked about our order, the server said they were understaffed and didn’t want to bring out our food without our drinks. That doesn’t make sense—how can you be understaffed but still manage to serve five other tables before us?

The lack of organization and customer service was disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Drove all the way from menifie out to Palm Desert for this. It was fabulous, cannot wait until the one in Temecula opens.

Real fresh seafood! Good variety! Hushpuppies are a must.

we gone there once for the business trip, it was incredible food and experience. I love the seasoning and shrimp. the price is great, we didn't end up spending much.

Recently went in with a group of 6. Clarissa our server went above and beyond to show the 4 kids an amazing 1st time experience. Food came out hit with perfect timing. She even sang happy birthday for us! We will definitely be back in to eat and sit in her section.

The food was simply inedible. I ordered fried calamari and it was too tough to chew. I wish I could get my money back.
