Piero's continues to provide excellent food and service, especially on a busy Saturday night. Another great meal, thank you!!

My wife and I visit the desert every January. We eat here at at least once and sometimes twice during the three weeks we're here.

Simply the best. They are always busy but if you have a reservation they always have a table and seat you right away. This is a favorite place 0f ours and it never disappoints.

Food was very good.. lasagna is exceptional! Our server acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Maybe she had issues she is dealing with.. I can understand that. Anyway we all had a good dinner. The place was packed. Good energy!

Looks like service went downhill. The food was good BUT the servers and host are terribly rude and inconsiderate. Even with a reservation like we had, you will be timed when arriving and it you take too long eating and talking with your group/family, you will be politely kicked out to make room for supposed new reservations- even though many tables are available- and they save most tables in case larger parties arrive. I will admit that we were five minutes late to our reservation due to holiday traffic that we couldn’t get through so maybe that ticked the host off. Upon arrival, the male host immediately sat us at the worst possible table with loud dishes constantly clanking, And when my parents politely asked if they could get a different table, they replied no because they were saving those tables. My dad had to turn his hearing aid way down. I walked over to the host and explained to him that my mom wasn’t feeling well and that the plates were too loud and if we could wait for another table and so we waited a few minutes until a couple had paid their bill. This host doesn’t like to not get his way or be put out and he will make sure that you suffer the consequences for the rest of your dining experience. Keep in mind that the entire time we were at this restaurant, none of those tables had ever been taken. Now the server experience- I was visiting my parents over Christmas holiday after a 2,000 mile car ride - and my mom had been very sick- hadn’t seen them in three years so we were catching up. I don't feel that we took so long. We ordered starters first and not main entries until after we ate those and they didn't like that. My mom wanted to enjoy herself and the atmosphere. Several servers made that embarrassing as they clearly discussed our taking too long. I've never experienced this kind of treatment at any restaurant before. And know this: My mom (born and raised in Italy) owned and ran a successful and well known Italian restaurant and delicatessen in California for about 13 years back in the 80s. She did everything-cooked, cleaned, served, and owned. I stayed quiet and tried to defend the servers at this restaurant but the truth is that they are an embarrassment to the entire service industry. I hope my parents never go back there. People don't pay good money to be treated like that. Shameful. I will note that we did take about five minutes before ordering the starter and the waitress was annoyed that we did not order the entrées at that time as well and told us she had to get to her next job. She soon came over and said that another server would be helping us. He was nice untill we talked while eating our food and then a man came and booted us out so they could take another so called reservation. Meanwhile, there were several empty tables nearby us, and pretty much the entire patio outside was available during good weather. I am rarely one to complain -and never about a restaurant- but others (especially elderly) like my parents- who don't like being rushed- should stay away from this establishment. The staff will talk behind your back and make you fell like a pest for just trying to enjoy the experience of eating. Three Stars because food really was good- but service is very important. Having a reservation does not mean you get a decent table nor does it mean you can take your time enjoying the food and company. They want you to quickly order, eat, leave and if you don’t, a man will come over and ask you to leave. My 83 years old parents had to jump up from the table. It will catch on that diners are treated this way. The fake host and servers hate their job and have somewhere better to be. Maybe they should go work at McDonald’s

The service was very good and we got our pizzas (mushroom; pepperoni) rather quickly. They looked great. And they were very hot! My one issue is that my pepperoni pizza was not as flavorful as I would have anticipated. The pepperoni itself was rather boring and I missed having some garlic or other spices added. Still, it was very good.

My fish was raw inside and they didn't do anything about it . The dinner was $36.95 and not worth it.

Arrived at 5:10 pm, 10 minutes late but a table was waiting for us. Greeted by all employees we passed. Such nice people. Our waitress came as soon as we sat down. Very pleasant. Ordered wedge salad and pizza. Both absolutely delicious. Best pizza in the Coachella Valley. Came quickly. We have eaten here many times and always the same. Fantastic.

I took my family for my daughter's birthday. As usual, the food is always good. We ate In the back room that was pretty quiet.

Piero's pizza is THE best in the valley. The other food is very good but to me, their pizza steals the show.

Great restaurant, but had a few issues on night of Nov. 13th. Not a big deal but thought I should mention. Usually great people at reception, but this night the host was a little prickly. Must be new guy! Asked for a high top in the lounge and decided to wait for one and have a drink at the bar. He said , a bit aggressively that if. We sat there we would have to stay there. I said we would wait in the area by the door then. Table came up within 8 minutes. Could be a little more pleasant. Great food but Caesar salad came drenched in dressing after we had asked for lighter amount. They brought us another but this time came with wilted green tops only. For 21$ should be hearts of romaine . That’s all . Little more detail in service, no rush.
