I avoid this location like the plague but sometimes other people in my household want me to pick up popeyes, so maybe once or twice a year I end up going here.. And not an exaggeration when I say each and every single time I order from here I end up upset. Not once have they not forgotten something. At least this time it wasn't a 20 minute wait for awful service paying way too much for the food that I only get a portion of. It was a nice short 5 minute wait for awful service and paying way too much for food that I only get a portion of.

I'm pretty sure I got served in the drive thru by the manager because I've seen her arguing with someone else before, the last time I had my annual crappy popeyes experience here. Another thing is they have never given me my receipt, and I'm pretty sure it's because the receipt has information required for the feedback form on it and they don't want you to be able to give them the awful feedback they consistently deserve. 17 dollars for a combo, can you at least give me what I ordered, maybe?

I would love to see the company actually come order from this location themselves so they could see for themselves just how badly this location is treating their brand name. Mistakes happen, but it is some kind of issue every single time without fail.

So disgusted with the manager and staff here after my experience today. Sat waiting over 20 minutes for my order number to be called. Finally I asked where it was, and they had apparently put it together and gave it to someone else.

I asked them to remake it, but the staff member first needed to spend five minutes talking with the cashier who took my order to sort it out. Then another five minutes passed while he and another staff member alternately printed out my receipt, studied it, played with the computer, and kept packing others’ orders.

Finally, I told them to cancel my order and refund me, because I was not going to wait any longer but rather take my business elsewhere. The staff member got Jennifer, the manager, to come over and process my refund.

Jennifer did not ask me about the order, did not apologize, or do anything more than process the refund with an annoyed look and hand me the receipt without uttering a word.

I said, “Thanks for the great service,” grabbed the receipt, then turned and left. It will be the last time I set foot in there again.

Good thing KFC and Chick-Fil-A aren’t much further away!

Overprice ordered 2 combo chicken sandwich
Sandwich fries soda 33+change. Nothing special to describe the prices were high across the menu.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to in my life!!! i have been here 3 times , 2 of the 3 were awful experiences. My first experience, i placed an online order, ordered a large mash, got a small. had to return to the store , I did not wait behind the line as the rest of my food was home getting cold, i went directly to the window and let the worker know that i ordered a large mash and not a small, handed him the receipt . he took the small and exchanged it for a large. upon giving me the large, he told me the next time i needed to wait in line and use the speaker or he wouldn’t be helping me . there was no apology for bagging me food wrong or me having to come back to fix my order !! my second pathetic experience happened tonight when i idiotically decided to give this awful establishment more business ! i again ordered online , after coming to pick up my order . a woman originally helps me at the speaker but then a man comes on tells me they are waiting on the chicken to be done and it would be 5 min, i asked him if it were possible to get all flats and he told me YES , not a problem. after waiting the 5 min. i come back around just for the lady to come back on and tell me “i was just informed that we don’t have any more bone-in chicken” she told me after having me wait 5 mins for the chicken to be done that they were sold out and that i could either get something else or go on the app and get a refund. the customer service in the place is bottom feeder , bottom of the barrel!!!!!!! the place seems like it’s being ran by a 5 year old! but HEY NO WONDER THEY ARE SITTING AT A 3.6 !!!!!!!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND !!

This is honestly the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. I love this restaurant and frequent one often. It's just sad to see such a good place fall so short.

The fries look and feel like they're 3 days old. It's like rubber. There is virtually no sauce on the sandwiches. That was this time. The last time my family and I came here, we went to order and you were out of alot of items. We just ended up walking out. I hope you figure out the issues at this location because, it could do very well if managed correctly.

Didn't get a chance to order at the drivethru due to rude female stating the manager at this location the big box promotion combo, which is CORPORATE by the way is leg and thigh only. Don't advertise CORPORATE promotions if you are choosing not to honor them correctly. Waste of a stop and gas coming to this location. BTW thanks for saving me money on horrible food at this rude Popeyes. I'll go elsewhere with my money. You'll all need new jobs soon enough when Popeyes closes this location

I walked in at 10:20 and was told they only except web orders but you're open until 1am????? The fuel was super annoyed i walked into the store well to the front door. I noticed she was mopping, so I didn't want to be rude and walk all over her floor.
So I placed a web order ;)
