Much better Popeyes than the Long Beach location on Redondo Blvd, but still not as good as the one in Huntington Park on Pacific. The HP place made me a fan, but not all locations offer the same quality. The I-10 location was very empty, and chicken sitting out and drying far too long, and no honey with the biscuit. It's the little things that count when you spend close to 30 on a children's meal and one tow piece meal. Don't know if I would go back when there are so many other choices, but who knows.

Recently, I always have a problem with the food done wrong. Usually when I order the nuggets they tell me there's a 10 minute wait. I always say ok I don't mind waiting. They will usually bring them out after about 5 minutes. So today, I ordered nuggets and they didn't say there was a Wait. So I was a little sketchy. Well, I got the nuggets, and it looks like they reheated these things. They look like they were re-dipped in the oil. The mashed potatoes look dry as heck. Terrible. I'm done with this location. Not even a smiling face to balance the visit. Let me know when they get new management or something.

Arrived around 7:00PM server was leaning on the counter took our order. Spices Chicken sandwich and Chicken strips with red bean and rice to eat in. Got the order thought I heard my name got back to the counter and the guy didn't know if it was my order ot not. Got back to the table there were no utensils. BACK to the counter to find the were out. My wife went back to the counter and was told they sent someone out to a local market and they brought back one package with knives forks and spoons.We packed up and went home.I like the Chicken but it's just chicken. They have received the last $40.00 I'll spend there.This is "Super Bowl weekend " good luck.They need a new management team, or owner for the franchise.

Literally the worst service ever. If I could I'd give 0 stars.I placed my order around 4:20 pm thru mobile order- to pick-up at 4:35. I get there and took about 5 mins standing in mobile order for someone to help me, no biggie. A gentlemen helped me and said that they would start working on my order. Waiting and waiting and it's now 5:00 pm. Everyone arriving after me received their order while im still waiting for my order. I once again went up the counter and asked for my order and the girl just turned around and gave it to me, my order had been sitting there for 20+ mins. This is so frustrating and annoying and it's not the FIRST time they take forever. What's the point of mobile ordering if you must wait 40 mins???????

I was there tonight, Monday 29JAN2024 around a quarter past 7pm and I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken strip meal w/mac & cheese which I changed for the fries. The meal was a little more than $15, which amounts to $1 a minute that I had to wait for it. And the young man that finally gave me my order simply placed it on the counter and turned his back to me without a word. Now I don't hate on these fast food workers demanding over $15 an hour but if they get their rate the should also do their jobs with smiles and common courtesy. And one must assume the employees are paid well to justify these sky high prices for food that has not changed. The chicken was good and hot as was the biscuit but the fries were not and the guy did not give me the sauce for the chicken, which he would have likely remembered if he had handed me my food and used my name(since they ask for it when you place the order.) Do better!

The girl “Jennifer” that took my order was SO RUDE! She never even looked up and acted like she was bothered to have to take my order. I have owned my business for over 50 years and would NEVER tolerate an employee that hated her job that much. The Bermuda Dunes store needs help. Also quoted a 20 minute wait for food at 6:08pm. Only one other table in the place and now I know why. Sorry to say you need new help. Maybe a smile and a happy greeting for starters!!!

Meh. Popcorn shrimp were just shriveled pieces of fried breadcrumbs from the bottom of the fryer and what looked like canned shrimp (there were no actual shrimp in my order from what I could tell). Chicken was under-seasoned and bland. The garlic chicken wings were the saving grace, alongside the dry biscuit. 100% disappointment from the East Coast seasoned, juicy chicken and shrimp. Oh, and the side and drink I ordered with the combo weren’t given.
