Of course, the robot waiter impressed us the most.

The food was tasty, though I personally found it a bit too salty but not in a bad way. The service was great!

Im surprised this place doesnt have straight 5 stars. Some of rhe reviewers on here are nitpicking and making complaints about portion size, really? I'm a 270 pound man and the Ramen is plenty. Add an appetizer and you will be surely stuffed. Are these people like wanting some ridiculous size portion to have takeout for the next day or piled high with unwanted calories of breads and fountain soda restaurants do to fill you up instead of giving you the food that you want. I wouldn't have noticed that since I just do water and no bread at restaurants and have left hungry at some.
You come here and you're getting straight up quality Ramen right away . If you're coming to a Ramen shop not getting Ramen why are you coming and why are you reviewing it, it's a freaking Ramen shop.
The place is authentic Japanese from the decor to the food to the staff and the cooks to the Japanese soda drink and the amazingly polite Japanese service you don't get at any other ethnic restaurant including American. Multiple times they asked me if I needed any thing and if I was doing OK meanwhile other places you'd be lucky if they drop by once and give you the bill before your first bite! The food came out extremely quickly given the nature of Ramen they even have a second person help put out the dishes if there's a party of four for even faster service. Extremely tentative, it's clean comfortable and yeah the little robot adds a little extra. The Ramen is absolutely excellent I haven't found a better place. And whenever I have come it's never been that busy which I just figured not too many people are into Ramen. If you love Ramen and excellent service, you'll love it here!

Honestly i wasn’t very happy with the place. Definitely skimping on the portions so be aware of that. You more than likely will leave out still hungry. I got the first selection on the menu for ramen with miso broth. They charge you for an egg to be added when clearly on the menu it says the egg comes with the soup not to mention it’s in the picture. I been to many ramen places and this just didn’t make sense to me. They only give you one very small piece of pork and I added an extra pork believing I would get 3 pieces from the original order like all the other ramen places i have been to all over southern Calfornia. There are definitely way better options and I will be honestly it’s really not worth your money. The only reason I am even giving them 2 star is because the atmosphere is a nice small and cozy place to have vibe with someone, but go someone place else honestly. The portion of the soup was just really disappointing. I left out still hungry and a waste of my money. I wanted to say something, but I just chucked it up and accepted that it’s just a one time go and never again.

Tonkotsu (original) was phenomenal. Portions are standard to other ramen spots that I go to (and I live in NY). The shoyu ramen was a bit salty and not as flavorful as the tonkotsu. The steamed buns / baos (pork belly) were ok, I would skip that next time.
Service was quick, staff were very nice. There was plenty of seating and we came on a Friday around 1pm without a reservation.
I loved the little robot on wheels that helped carry the ramen out from the kitchen, what a fun touch :)

I am a ramen freak. Been hunting ramen joints since moving into the valley. This spot is pretty solid, noodles had a good chew, broth was flavorful and the chashu was tender and delicious (ordered the miso tonkatsu and spicy tuna roll). I was very pleased. Hubby had the chicken kaarage, vegetable croquettes, fried dumplings and the shrimp tempura (his favorite). Robot delivers food table side.

Very good ramen and great service. The only thing is , the price is pretty high for the amount of ramen you get. But we left happy and full.

It’s a portal into the future…not really. The food was just aight but the robot food runner was pretty rad. It’s plays a little jingle and slides around the restaurant serving ramen and sushi. I imagine these are all over Asia but funny to see in the sleepy town of PD.
The ramen was just ok and the sushi was decent but there’s better options. For the price I feel like it hits right and the beer prices are from a prior decade which, who doesn’t love cheap beer. As a whole the food is just ok but the service was friendly and the atmosphere was good. Worth a try.

I have celiac disease so I have to eat gluten free. The server was fantastic and finding gluten-free options, though they were not prepared for gluten free questions. A robot server delivered our meal to the table with human assistance.

I really enjoy the ramen here. The noddles are thin and tasty. The hand rolls are fresh. Great service from the cutest robot too!

There aren’t many Ramen joints in the Coachella valley and this is only the second one I’ve tried. I’m glad that I did because it was delicious!
I had the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen with extra Char Siu and egg and the broth was rich and flavorful.
It had just the right amount of noodle to liquid ratio and all the ingredients. This will become part of my regular restaurant rotation for sure!
