The rolls are great, ramen falls short in my opinion. The Musashi Tonkotsu broth was very salty yet lacked actual real flavor. That said, the Musashi roll was fantastic and would only come here for the rolls.

The Pork Broth is delicious, tight noodles, fresh onions, bean sprouts and saffron add great texture and flavor dimensions the soy sauce egg is amazing adding flavor and protein. Perfect balanced experience. You are also able to create your own or add toppings to menu selections for a fuller or more customized portions.

I really enjoyed the ramen here. I got the original tonkatsu. The broth was delicious and the noodles seemed cooked just right. We also started with the karaage and gyoza which were both delicious. Service was nice too and we got served by a robot as well!!
