Excellent ramen — and don’t miss the braised pork belly chashu as an appetizer or in your ramen. Friendly, attentive service. Modern Japanese atmosphere (fun, not stuffy, cool robot).
The ramen is a bit expensive but it was a savory bowl I do not regret and would most likely return for. It was very flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. The miso based ramen was delicious! And then I paired it with strawberry & mango mochi ice cream. Delicious !

I had the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen with extra Char Siu and egg and the broth was rich and flavorful.
It had just the right amount of noodle to liquid ratio and all the ingredients. This will become part of my regular restaurant rotation for sure!
