We had a wonderful dining experience at Solano’s. I had the beef short rib and it was so tender and juicy. Also really enjoyed the prickly pear jalapeño margarita - yum! Excellent service from Roy and AJ, will be back the next time I’m in the area.
Chef Paco (also owner!) has a gem of a restaurant! Due to the hard work of everyone on the staff, and the fact that a happy staff is indicative of great management, this place THRIVES! Congrats on a truly great small business!
Our server was very attentive. My husband had the Hawaiian pizza and I have the salmon with boba noodles. Both were delicious. I think it was a bit noisier due to the World Series game on TV which we chose to watch. We'll definitely go back. There are other menu items I'd like to try
