I ordered a shaken espresso at another location that turned out to be gross. This location was on my way to my destination so I was just going to ask them to add some more oat milk & syrup and would have paid for it but without hesitating, the gentleman very kindly said he would just remake it for me, no problem.

I appreciated the great customer service, even though it was not this location that messed up my coffee.

I needed to take a break and get something to eat, I don't wish they had more comfortable seating, but it was great, bathroom's were clean and they had some soothing music.

Vegetarian options: They have a nice Falafel sandwich, it was ok, I thought it would be crispy but not my luck. And I thought it was a little too small for the price.

Visited this store on the afternoon of 12/16 at the start of a Joshua Tree/Palm Springs honeymoon, and the experience got the trip off to a very bad start. The employee working the register was either poorly trained or simply a rude person, which lead to me leaving the store feeling embarrassed & confused. Why is someone who gets so bothered by customers less familiar with the Starbucks menu placed in a customer-facing position? The drinks themselves were very good, kudos to the barista who prepared them. By far the worst service experience I have ever had at a Starbucks store.

Always a pleasure going to this location. I drive past 3 locations on my way here because of the friendly staff and perfection of my drink order. Christina in particular always remembers my order and no matter how busy the store is always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend skipping the drive through at this location and being blessed by the excellent customer service inside this store

I was in this store on 9/14 at around 1:45 pm. I ordered a Carmel blended cold coffe drink with oat milk. The young woman who took my order did not ask for my name for the order. I stood waiting in front of the counter when the woman put a drink on the letters for pickup. The woman said nothing to me. I assumed this drink was for someone else because of where it was placed. After 5 minutes, I asked if that was my drink. She said “Yes.” I said “you never told me it was my drink and I have been standing her for 5 minutes.” She flippantly said “Sorry.”

I have never been treated so rudely at this location.
