My daughter and I went in yesterday afternoon to get a drink and everyone was nice and the drinks were perfect. My daughter went back this morning because of the experience we had yesterday. Unfortunately it was a complete different vibe. Everyone was rude and her drink was not made correctly. When it was mentioned the feedback was an explanation as to how its made instead of correcting it when it was clearly made the right way the day before. Just sucks when you are in a good mood ready for a delicious drink to get your day started and you are greeted with attitude and then to top it off your drink is not made right.

It’s so sad how Starbucks employees talk about our orders in between their staff. Went this morning and the guy complaining about how the order had customize ingredients. I used to come mostly everyday but now I’ll be making a little drive to other location. Employees should not be complaining because we are the customers and have the right to order anything. It’s not free I’m a paying customer!!!

They just don't kn customer service!!! And don't realize starbucks is going down hill... they just don't care how the product goes out to customer....and there attitudes i won't go there!!!!

The staff is awesome and very friendly. My drinks always taste good. And the store and the bathrooms are always clean

I ordered on the app.. hoping to pick up in the drive thru... but had to go in... not easy for a pet transporter when you have animals on board.

So I enjoy this location it’s near. Drinks are usually good. Twice the drinks have been terrible. Literally just milk. Drinks are expensive so I did call for remakes. Tell me why this time Mary says “ I’ll make sure all the supervisors recall your name” disgusting customer service. Call me Karen but it was just not welcoming. Really off putting but not going back. Which I’m sure that’s what they wanted. Found another. May their lack of consistency get better. ✌?

Turkey pesto sandwich did Not have a fresh taste unfortunately. ;(
My iced coffee was not prepared and the barista was surprised to see me asking for my coffee when I came yo get my sandwich.

Parking: I came close to 3pm and was surprised how full the parking lot was. I decided to park at Pollo loco next door just not to have trouble with tight parking.
