Every time I go into this Starbucks the employees are are cheerful and friendly, everyone greets you. They are fast. I’ve never had a bad drink. And they even write nice greetings on your cups!

This is the BEST Starbucks in the Desert! This morning, I unfortunately ordered from another Starbucks...hence why I needed coffee in the first place LOL and they were so kind to go ahead and make my order here so I could go on about my day. No indoor seating to escape the desert heat. Outdoor chairs weren't shaded from the sun. Spent $4.00 for a small black pike coffee.
Bad service is Tuesday February 11th at 2:34 pm... the ladies were stressed and angry before... very bad service... it's not like the other Starbucks.

Really a kind of a loss for words. It was just Starbucks! They meet or exceed my expectations every single time I visit one. This location was no different. Very clean. We got great service. Restroom was immaculate. Highly recommend! ☺️

I was surprised to see how they remodeled the Starbucks from the outside. I thought they’d expanded it from the inside. There’s nowhere to sit nowhere to sit enough coffee. If I wanted to sit outside at to freeze my arse off, I think they’re missing the point of I’m in a coffee shop.

Good service is stopping your non operational conversation with your coworker when a customer approaches the counter. Common courtesy is then asking how you may assist them. It would be counter to that to just stare at the customer after them standing there waiting for your conversation to end for several moments. The latter unfortunately was my experience at this location on 01/19 shortly after 3 pm in an empty store that had not received a common area cleaning in a awhile as thick layer of dust could be seen on the floor with all of the little pieces of paper and stir sticks. Definitely worth it to drive 3 minutes up the road.
