I was surprised to see how they remodeled the Starbucks from the outside. I thought they’d expanded it from the inside. There’s nowhere to sit nowhere to sit enough coffee. If I wanted to sit outside at to freeze my arse off, I think they’re missing the point of I’m in a coffee shop.

Good service is stopping your non operational conversation with your coworker when a customer approaches the counter. Common courtesy is then asking how you may assist them. It would be counter to that to just stare at the customer after them standing there waiting for your conversation to end for several moments. The latter unfortunately was my experience at this location on 01/19 shortly after 3 pm in an empty store that had not received a common area cleaning in a awhile as thick layer of dust could be seen on the floor with all of the little pieces of paper and stir sticks. Definitely worth it to drive 3 minutes up the road.

Hmmmm, Palm Desert HOT coffee house that doesn't offer indoor seating during the summer steam season of 120 degree days. Even ice coffee will be a muddy slurpee before you finish yikes.

This has always been our favourite Starbucks. Staff are friendly and service is good. We’ve waited for the renovations to be completed and returned today. So disappointing, no place to sit inside on a chilly or rainy day. Far fewer tables and chairs outside. The round ‘tables’ that sit close to the ground make no sense. We watched customers leave when they could not find a place to sit or they chose to stand to have their coffees. It is most uninviting now and perhaps the company want it to be a Starbucks where you order your coffee and leave. It is no longer our favourite Starbucks

Thanx for ruining my favorite SB. Renovation complete. Doubled the size of the prep area for no apparent reason. No indoor seating and patio only appropriate for mild weather. Two bathrooms now one.

I was greeted the moment I walked through the door by Evan and Mimi with smiles and a welcome, I tried something new and Mimi helped complete this request very fast and professionally, both employees made this visit pleasant and I am truly thankful for both of them. They are two very amazing people who we need more of!! Definitely will be coming back five star service.

Good coffee and most were friendly. However, I noticed a large rat prowling around on their patio and the staff that this was pointed out to seemed unconcerned
Made me wait 18 minutes for a 30 sec breakfast sandwich and when I asked if they forgot my order, lied and said no then immediately started cooking it. Never going back.

I usually order via the mobile app for pickup and it's always ready on time. It really pays to have the app since you never have to deal with lines and you can get in and out quickly. And, you earn stars on all your purchases, so if you visit frequently, it means free coffee from time to time.Quality is always great and consistent. The staff are friendly and kind. Out of the hundreds of times I've ordered here, my drink has never been made wrong (and I get a lot of customizations). So kudos to them! They're great and I keep coming back.
