Ordered a sweet vanilla cream nitro. It was warm, layered and no sweet cream on top. Some unknown fuzz.Also had the cinnamon caramel cold nitro. Tasted basically the same. NOT AT ALL COLD. No cinnamon flavour. The fellow at the till was new (I believe), he gave us 90 cents extra and the girl told him he would have to pay for that. ???? Isn’t that illegal? We of course gave him the extra back. Not one smile from the young lady or have a nice day. Very very disappointed. If we weren’t in our car already in traffic we would have returned.

Showed up to this location 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and the employee said they were already closed. After visiting 2 other locations that were also closed we decided to go to this location just to be turned away.
