Staff are inattentive. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order because they put it in the mobile order pickup (I ordered from inside) without calling my name or anything. I had no idea it was there until I asked them.

As another recent reviewer said, the 2 behind the counter were rude. It took them 3 times to get my drink right. The 2nd attempt wasn’t even close. When went back to the counter and let her know it wasn’t right, I was told “Are you sure? Taste it again.” Seriously? Both times they tried to remake the drink the 2 were laughing at us the whole time. He wasn’t as bad but still uncalled for. This place used to be a nice location, not anymore.

This is my favorite drop-in, and mobil order Starbucks! The staff is absolutely wonderful, always friendly. It doesn't really what time of day they are on point with the best customer service! Danielle is my Starbucks bestie always greeting me by name, and brightening my morning, and Edgar always getting things done cheerfully! Thank you everyone for all the mornings you make it the start of the day great!

My daughters and I stopped by here early one Saturday on the way to move one daughter into her college dorm. It was early and hot and I was not in the best of moods or looking forward to my day. But we were greeted so happily by the employee cleaning the entrance door and Juan so cheerfully took our order making sure it was correct. They brought our drinks and sandwiches to our table and really set a beautiful tone for our day and really got us off in the right foot. They rest of the day went beautifully for us and I feel like it was in huge part to these amazing employees who went out of their way to give us a great start!!! 💕💕💕💕

I've been a loyal customer for years and rewards member and spent a lot of money here and I made an order today and two employees made fun of my order and really offended me and was so disrespectful and rude and laughed at me. How can people like this work for this company??? The service here was horrible and highly disrespectful

Frequent sipping throughout the day worsens the effect.

Honestly. I get it we all have bad days but when you are in a fast paced environment like Starbucks and are customer service based. You being overwhelmed is not the other employee’s or customers fault. The cashier was having a bad day and took it out on everyone in her surroundings, not ok. 5-31-25 @11 am

I am curious the store policy about people that just use the bathroom and sit and eat without making a purchase
I was in store for 1 hour and watching a very dirty man come in and sit for1 hour. Use the bathroom 4 times and not make a purchase. I was there Friday from 2pm to 3pm He is still in bathroom

Worth the walk in to listen to good music. The cold brew was fresh and the shaken expresso hits 🎯 the morning spot. It was busy and the crew was working hard getting all the orders out quickly on a Stagecoach weekend.
