Enrique and Donelle and the rest of the staff are always amazing always greeted when I walk in food/ coffee and tea always made to my liking never had a bad experience here at this location and never a long wait time very professional and friendly service with a smile that keeps me coming back!!!

I stop at this Starbucks location every time I come to Palm Desert. Service is well above many other Starbucks I've been to. I am greeted the moment I walk in, service is accurate, fast, friendly. Great job being done at those location.

Took 20 minutes to have our order taken (1 person ahead of us) and another 20 minutes to receive our order. Suggestion: Don't prioritize mobile orders if you have staff to handle the orders.

Best customer service. I've never had a bad experience.I go to 3 Starbucks locations nearby and I'm always greeted by name. It feels great to walk in and hear "Hi Kimmie" at every location I visit in my area. Palm Desert/La Quinta, CA *Washington and Hovely, *Ave 42 & Jefferson St. *Hwy 111 & Jefferson Just recently, I walked into this store to pick up my drink, I was told by another customer who was waiting for her drink, how great that was to have this sort of VIP treatment with the baristas. She also noticed the special bond I have developed with the employees, and said that she wished she had this same personal experience. When you go to Starbucks everyday like I do and work in customer service yourself, you are usually more understanding, kind, courteous, generous and respectful because you know and understand what it's like to work with the public. So many people lack basic manners and civility these days. Way too many are demanding, entitled and rude. I will never be one of those people so therefore my experience is excellent! Always looking for the positive, while having an attitude of gratitude what could go wrong? I always enjoy a minute of small talk with Danielle, Enrique, Ayden, Dylan and all the other baristas I didn't mention while I wait for my drink. I always mobile order and I love that feature! The app is great. I love earning double stars on particular days, doing the challenges to earn extra stars, because who doesn't love a "free drink"?I know it's not really free because you spend a lot of money to accumulate stars in which you can cash out for the drink of your choice. My drink is an iced caramel macchiato, upside down, almond milk, quad (add shot) with 6-8 pumps of white mocha, and line the cup with caramel sauce. $8.45It's something nice I get for myself that I truly enjoy. My drinks are always delicious and made to perfection. And if by some chance it's not as great as I hoped for, they'll happily remake it for me. And... I most always get something to drink for someone else to brighten up their day. Always be kind, it doesn't cost a thing. Thank you, Starbucks ! All the workers were very rude and discriminating. Got our order wrong and blamed it on us and weren't helpful whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location if you're Hispanic you will get treated very poorly.

Manager needs to get a handle on this store. Very bad look for a brand. Zero consistency with any offerings, POS system is down constantly, sometimes they’re mobile only other times they don’t accept mobile orders. The manager just told me it would be 20 minutes for a black cold brew… like what? I don’t write reviews, but hopefully someone sees this and helps them figure it out.

Haylee at the register is not friendly was not familiar with Starbucks products I want my drink a certain way and the kept requesting she charge me a different drink just give the customers what they ask for and don't make it so complicated

HORRIBLE!!! How can these poor employees be set up for disaster???? Having a store in Bermuda Dunes, a large retirement community, with service for mobile orders only???? Not all customers are app savvy, and the app is not friendly for the ways customers like to order specialty drinks. Although this is temporary, this store is only taking mobile orders so if you go, make sure you order ahead on your mobile phone. If you don't have an app and don't want to get set up for the app, go somewhere else. I give a lot of credit to the employees for having to deal with upset customers who just want their morning coffee. They are responsible and showing up, but I blame the management team for not closing this restaurant. The cost of doing business with three employees, and only taking mobile apps is a very and unwise decision. Sadly, these poor employees are getting beat up because of management decisions. The bigger picture is the reason why this decision was made, staffing shortage. I couldn't even order my coffee because the app told me that my syrup was out of stock. When I went back to the employees, they told me it was not. So I had to redo my order without what I wanted, and then they would make it and put it in. Kudos to them for thinking outside the box, but shame on the management to have these employees deal with, this experience

Service is incredible here!! I walked in the shop was filled with a good number of customers and all got their coffees without too long of a wait.
