We stopped at a Starbucks in a grocery store near our hotel. There was one person taking orders and making drinks for 8 people in front of us. While in line I googled directions to a stand alone Starbucks. We got in the car and drove 1.5 miles to this Starbucks where there were 10 baristas and two people ahead of us. The coffees were perfect, probably because the barista had one job and minimal stress.

Drink came out fine. Food was not ready when it should have been, I ordered ahead and they didn’t prepare anything until I got there? First bad experience with timing at a starbucks.
Great costumer service! Every time I come here the staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is so nice. I am so lucky to have them so close to home. Kindness goes a long way and they sure show it! Ps thank you to the cashier who gave us the toy ducks for my jeep my kids loved it! We were traveling to Temecula early morning and that made our trip!

I love this Starbucks and the friendly staff. I recently had to have my 14yr old cat put down and I was devastated. I stopped at this Starbucks on my way home and Dawn was so friendly and compassionate. They took the time to reach out to me when I needed it most. It was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.😁

Spent hundreds of dollars a year at this location and I was just craving water. So I came to ask for water and they told me I had to purchase something to have water.. are they that lazy here? Do they not want a tip? Because usually I tip if I just get a water. Insane that you buy 7 dollar drinks and than all of a sudden a you have to purchase something to get a free water?
