Spent hundreds of dollars a year at this location and I was just craving water. So I came to ask for water and they told me I had to purchase something to have water.. are they that lazy here? Do they not want a tip? Because usually I tip if I just get a water. Insane that you buy 7 dollar drinks and than all of a sudden a you have to purchase something to get a free water?

This Starbucks is SO well maintained. Hats off to these folks.
All employees were busy, and the cashier, Ramon (he seemed to be the supervisor) was wonderful and made conversation on our names.
The drink took a little longer than anticipated, as I was the only person inside, and the employees seemed a little stressed.
As someone who's worked for Starbucks, I understand what it can be like to spend time in a fast paced environment, and the standards that sets on a person. It's absolutely the job of the supervisor to accentuate a relaxed atmosphere during their shift.

Went through the Drive Thru today to pick up my mobile order and ask for an ice water. The barista working was so sweet and not only upgraded my water to trenta for me but also put these adorable stickers on it that brightened my day. So sweet, thank you for making my day all while dishing out perfect coffee in record time! You are a star! ??
