Cheap Franchise owners didnt take my coupon for a grilled chicken sub they dont accept online deals definetly not looking out for customers very greedy franchise out of 30 or more locations I have visited this is the first franchise that doesnt accept deals that means they eant all the extra cents!

This place is a scam. They didnt honor subway online deals. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free online. The workers refused to make it. Went back the next day the manager refused even though my receipt said I redeemed the coupon. Very rude and unprofesional. Also ignored me and made me wait a additional 25 mintues as they kept helping people behind me. Ive been in Customer Service over 40 years. Unacceptable to treat a Senior citizen this way. Wish I could give a Zero

I have been to this location 2 times the first time I ordered online and when I went to pick it up the lady was very rude and when I asked for a side or vinegar she said we don't do sides sorry and bye she started walking off before I could ask for a packet of mayo instead. Most recent time I ordered online to this location which was a mistake I called over explaining my mistake and asked for either a refund or for them to just transfer the order to the subway location I was supposed to go to she rudely said no that was your fault I can't do anything she practically hung up on me so I called back saying that's fine I will pickup the sandwiches in like 2 hours since it wasn't convenient for me to go to that location. So since I couldn't make it there until 2 hours later I asked could she just put them in the fridge till I got there she said I will see what I can do and the hung up. When I got there and asked for my sandwiches it was the rude lady fron the first time. She rolled her eyes and handed me Luke warm sandwiches she had never put them in thee fridge amd at this point she was aggravated and I was done talking to her so I ended just leaving with my food. My tuna sandwiches were sitting out for 2 hours unrefrigerated and tasted a little funky so I threw them out never going to this location agian.

During my visit to Subway around 730pm Thursday night, I was struck by the exceptional cleanliness and organization of the establishment. The courteous and knowledgeable young lady behind the counter provided outstanding customer service, expertly guiding me through the various sandwich options. Her sandwich preparation skills were evident, as the finished product was visually appealing and delicious. The freshness of the vegetables and overall tidiness of the restaurant left a lasting positive impression.

Some of the most rudest women I've ever spoke to, very unprofessional and have disgusting attitudes. They also scammed me, i never got my refund or my sandwiches. I'll never be coming here again, avoid this place at all costs.

First, they added so many restrictions to their coupons there was nothing left to order. Then, for 2 years they have been honoring all coupons even expired ones since they are the same every week and didn't tell me till I was already ready to pay. They didn't even have it posted or willing to help in any way it was pretty much too bad!! I'll never go to this location again.

I ordered a breakfast flatbread, and was charged 25% more than the advertised price on the menu board. I asked the employee about the discrepancy, and he said that they probably just didn't update the menu board when they raised prices. He didn't seem to think that false advertising like this was a problem, nor did he offer to point it out to management so they could update the price board. The mediocre food was not worth the high price, and I will not support a business that finds it okay to use deceptive business practices like this.
