My son and I hit the drive-thru tonight seemed like there was one guy taking orders and cooking ?! they asked us to pull to the front and wait for our order and the guy took so long!! we got home and both of the orders were cold and wrong. They weren't busy either. (We live 5 minutes away)
We love Taco Bell and will not go to that location anymore 25.00 for cold food in the wrong ingredients in both of our orders pathetic...

I went into the restaurant today and I tried to get my food and I heard some lady yelling and wasn’t able to enjoy my food. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting when I went inside as well. Cashier was pretty quiet and had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times.

We ordered 6 items off the menu. They all tasted like something was spoiled in them. All the sodas from the fountain were flat. I waited 5 minutes at the counter to tell them but no one would come up front. All the bins for the sauces were empty. And the dining room was filthy. Lucky for the owner, they are near the freeway and don't need to depend on repeat customers.

Pretty helpful staff. I was in communication with 2 of them, both of them seem competent.
One negative thing about it. No, toilet paper in the bathroom, I had to use the paper towels.
Overall experience was very good though ohh, yeah, and I downloaded the app. I became a member. I got a free 5 layer beef burrito.
Not very big, but tasty. For my main course, I got the new flamin' hot box.I it's got a flamin' hot burrito a chicken chalupa, a beef crunchy, taco and chips and cheese, and I got iced coffee to drink

I ordered the chicken grande nachos last week, but I was given the beef ones and I had no time to go back to fix my order since I was ending my lunch. I was told I can come back any time and they would fix it. I come in the get my right nachos and I was told they couldn’t help me. Shitty service, go some where else

They were all eyes on me and may I help you right away .. I love it when they see you as a customer with smiling faces.. thank you Taco Bell I only spent less that 8 dollars for a meal X 5 about 40 .00 dollars a week.. now those r savings.

I hate to say this but this location (closer to work) never get my order correct, ever! I always ask for soft tacos and always get hard. I always order the same thing. #6 chalupas 1 with chicken, 1 with beef/steak. They screw that up half the time. The one near my house in cathedral city however always get it right, every time.

On July 2nd went through drive thru and it was around 10pm had a big order all just thrown in one big bag including our box items, 2 of our luxe “boxes” which were missing the chulupas and the other “box” was missing the dorito taco and also missing out chicken quesadilla. So we were asked to park in front of store in which manager Laura brought out are order and assured us everything was inside so I peeked but it was too much to check and I trusted them. We get back to our hotel and sure enough we’re missing those items. I typically let this stuff slide but it was too much & I called store spoke to Laura who seemed nervous but did apologize and she asked if we could go back I said no and requested a credit back on my card in which she said she couldn’t do without my card. But she promised I get a giftcard to use at any location because I made her aware we are from out of town. Well 2 weeks later never hear back until I get a $5 coupon for next visit 😂 such an insult! Keep your $5 because what I was missing costed much more than that! So be careful if you visit this location and check all your items because they don’t care and won’t keep their word if they mess up!

Don't bother them by ordering food! They're too busy to wait on you!
Showed up late at this TB for my online order (that's on me, to be clear). Came inside before 6:15 so they could remake it. 0 customers waiting, 1 in the lobby eating. For at least 5 minutes, no one made food, until a drive-thru order showed up, they made her order, still I waited. A 2nd drive thru order was taken and served, and finally they gave me my food about 6:30. Wasn't checked, just dropped on the counter and they walked away. I was running late for my 7:00 movie so I just left, but yes, the order was wrong.
My wife called the store about it, the manager yelled at her. She worked for TB as a teen, and I've managed at multiple TB locations, so we understand the job. And this was unacceptable. I'd be happily hiring new staff for all those let go over service like this, and replace them with people who actually want to work for a living. Save your money, and more importantly your time, and go somewhere else to eat.
