I often come in and get an iced coffee, with a small, shot cup of oat milk (I like to add it myself, lol)! Service is generally good, never any problems. I love my coffee from here!

I love coffee bean, but unfortunately this place needs to hire more staff for their demanding business. We ordered bagels and it took them ten minutes to be put inside the oven, after we placed our order. And mind you we ONLY ordered bagels… I understand it’s not the employees fault, but it seems like they’re severely understaffed…I’m worried these employees are overworked, and don’t get their breaks or lunches. Corporate needs to visit this place immediately.

I ordered a drink online. When I walked in they put it in the blender. I watched the worker walk away and leave it. After 11 minutes another worker took it out of the blender and put it in the cup. Not once did they try to help me. They were not busy just standing around. Very unpleased. I drove 2 hours just to get a drink here.

Quirky little spot that’s actually part of a chain; feels like a cross between Starbucks and a cozy local coffee house. The drinks were solid, and the staff was friendly. Not a standout, but a decent option if you’re nearby.

Love coffee bean and tea leaf, it was very crowded which was fine and it did take a bit to get my order but all in all great food and great drinks well done ladies!!!

The Coffee Bean in La Quinta CA was a wonderful option for those of us living in this area with only a Starbucks at every corner. My husband and I would go every Sunday as a treat for ourselves. The service was always great and we had been doing this for 15 years. I'm not sure why they had to close but we miss it so much. On top of my Sundays with my husband I treated myself to a white chocolate latte every Friday as a treat for getting through another week of work. I miss it so much. The closest Coffee Bean is in Palm Desert and it's way to far to detour on the way to work. Very sad please open another location closer to Indio and La Quinta.

It’s a little cool there! But refreshing. The manager is doing the best training for the new employee, keep going we need coffee bean

I love their coffee!
The service is so bad they have skipped my order on multiple occasions. The slowest service I've ever experienced. And I only order coffee with half and half. I won't be going back.

I really think this place is understaffed. I've got no complaints with the staff they have, Jason is awesome and remembered my name after like two visits! But they always seem slammed, at least in the mornings when I go and nobody is really dedicated to just the register like at Starbucks so the staff is running back and forth from making drinks to the register. Like I said, I don't think it's their fault they just need another person or two. Maybe somebody important will read this and give them some more help.

From only my second visit here, 4 separate baristas remembered my slightly-complicated drink order (Iced Macha Latte with strawberry puree and double boba). I must say, the manager, Diana, is exceptional. She's always so friendly, welcoming, patient, sincere, and so professional. I love seeing her when I visit. Even if she doesn't take my order, she always makes sure to say hi and asks how I'm doing. Jason is also top-notch and so funny. I feel bad that I can't recall the names of the other baristas I see frequently, but they're awesome, too.

I much prefer their drinks and food over sbx. My favorite is the Caprese Sandwich. It's so cheesy and delicious. I also love the overnight oats! I get them every time I visit (which is almost every day).

My favorite drink is their matcha latte. It is far superior to any other matcha I've tried. Get it with a little strawberry puree mixed in. You'll thank me later. Let's not forget that they have real boba that they make in-house. I literally recommend adding it to every drink. I even love it in my matcha latte!

For anyone on the fence, ditch sbx and make this your preferred coffee shop. You get a far more personalized experience and far better quality and taste. Even their teas are better. And of course, their espresso.

You can mobile order, just like most places and they're quite fast. You also earn points in the app for each purchase, which you can accrue to use for free drinks, food, and merchandise. I recommend getting a digital CoffeeBean gift card in the app to pay so you earn points faster. If you go almost daily, that'll get you a free drink every week (I order a drink and food item each time).

If you're used to sbx, yes, they have the equivalent of frapps and just about everything. They just call them blended drinks. I'm personally not a fan of blended drinks, but my friends who have tried them here say they're very good.

I love this place, and for all the reasons I mentioned above, I keep coming back every day! I know you'll love it too!

Parking: Free parking on the street in front of the store as well as a free parking lot behind the shop.

Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly drinks without caffeine and a lot of delicious pastries and food.
