The Coffee Bean in La Quinta CA was a wonderful option for those of us living in this area with only a Starbucks at every corner. My husband and I would go every Sunday as a treat for ourselves. I really think this place is understaffed. I've got no complaints with the staff they have, Jason is awesome and remembered my name after like two visits! But they always seem slammed, at least in the mornings when I go and nobody is really dedicated to just the register like at Starbucks so the staff is running back and forth from making drinks to the register.
