Copy-Cat of Old Fisherman's Grotto in Monterey, CA - Need to change their name and logo. Old Fisherman's Grotto in Monterey, CA, has been around since 1950, and they made their logo in 1950 (basically the same logo you took upon yourself to use). You need to do more than take their logo and edit it for your own restaurant. This Fisherman's Grotto is in no way affiliated with Old Fisherman's Grotto in Monterey, CA. This logo, below, was made by my grandfather in 1950.
Great Place for Fresh fish. I love the Fish Tacos I got the Cajun grilled Mahi Mahi and it's just awesome. Been here at least 3 times in the past couple of years.
Parking: Nice quite atmosphere they play some music but not to loud or annoying in any way. I will be back.

Shared 3 piece Halibut fish n chips (but opted for rice pilaf and coleslaw). Was excellent. Fresh. Fast service. Will be back
Last minute pick. Extensive menu of fresh seafood at moderate prices. Casual atmosphere where you order up front like the Fish Shopin Encinitas, which is ideal since we are on vacation and do not want to get dressed to go sit and have seafood. Beers and wine available. We had a bunch of different dishes including raw oysters , mahi tacos, seafood kebabs, halibut sandwiches with chips, and seared tuna. Everything was spot on. A nice big dinner that came out very fast and hot for an average of $40 per person.
The early-bird Salmon plate is my usual meal. Fresh and delicious ?. And a bargain to boot. I'm getting a bit hungry just thinking about it.
Whenever I visit Palm Desert, The Fisherman’s is a must. I’m from Washington and I realize the oysters come from my home state, but the way they prepare them is the absolute best. Perhaps not the healthiest choice on their menu, but the crust on the fried oysters is amazing. I will look forward to them on my next visit.
We have eaten here many times, and decided to finally give it a review. We get the fish and chips most often, but occasionally have something else. We have never had a bad meal. Excellent fish in the desert.
Went specifically for the early bird. Fish & Chips were outstanding and definitely one of the best coleslaws ever. My mate grew up eating lots of fish and chips and she said these were perfectly battered as well as light and crispy. Will definitely return.
I always enjoy the food here. Fish is very fresh and portions are good. Friendly staff. Arriving in time for the early bird special was a bonus.

Great ambience. The bartenders were personable and really great at their craft. Top notch drinks. If you are looking for a night cap, this is a gem. The first time I have ever had a mixed scotch cocktail that tasted amazing it was called something SmokeyThey even have mocktails & Italian soda
We dined here for dinner with the In Laws and we all enjoyed our meal. My wife had her favorite which is the blackened catfish. I ordered Halibut and Chips as did my Mother-In-Law. The Father-In-Law ordered Cod and Chips. Food was great. Wine was great. We will be coming back again soon.
If you're looking for a casual dining experience with the best and freshest seafood in town, then this is the place. My wife and I discovered this eatery five years ago when we moved here, and have been coming back regularly ever since, whether for onsite dining on the patio or in the bar, or whether to buy fresh seafood for cooking at home. Regardless of whether you live here in the valley or are visiting us from out of town, a winning combination of fresh seafood and at competitive pricing makes this a great place to dine.
The Raw oysters are $3 each but wasn't fresh. Some are already taste stinky. Other stuff are also much overpriced with unpleasant taste.
I visited twice a month never disappointe me with the food. I like the grill salmon seasoned with Cajun the best of the valley.
