Asked for just one extra ranch for my wife and sons meal after spending over 60.00 for the mediocre food and they tried to ring me up at the register for it. Then I received attitude because I wasn't willing to pay for one ranch sauce. Absolutely ridiculous. One ranch! You guys can keep it. Poor job ?

I'm not a fan of the food but friends and family are. Just a matter of personal taste.
I feel like the buns are too soft and things are a bit greasy. I'm also not a big fan of Five Guys, to give you an idea.
