We ordered the Asian chicken salad, house salad and Hideout pizza for 3 to share. Plenty of food, delicious and service by Mikaela was excellent!
Vic personally took care of us, he is the manager of this restaurant and managed that we got the best service there is, however, the food speaks for itself, meaning it was delicious. My husband got Grandma meatballs and I got the margarita pizza. We got also an amazing wine selected by Vic. Totally recommend this location and expect to be recommended and will return.
Great salads for lunch - and the view of the mountains from the outdoor patio is stunning!
Last minute dinner for 8 and we sat outside on the patio. Great service, great food, and a real value. We had the meatballs, avocado fries, sliders and everything was yummy! Great cocktails too, we will definitely go back!!
Good service one of our groups pizza got messed up and took about 20 minutes to get. The rest of us were finished by the time it arrived. No offer of any type for the inconvenience. The rest of food and service was very good.
We were seated immediately. Or server was attentive and the food was great. We ordered the mussels and the sliders, both very tasty. The only thing I would suggest is an upgrade in decor. The outside seems updated and current. The inside is very plain and doesn't reflect the name “Hideout” there are a lot of themes that would reflect a more identifiable style to highlight the name. But overall a good review and we will return.
I invited 5 friends to join me at the Hideout Kitchen & Bar ... I like trying new spots. Everyone loved their food and they are all coming back. The owner was so sweet, Vic, he complimentary served us "bread pudding" as it was near the Christmas season - I don't even like that particular dish, it was awesome! We all had a fabulous time. Waitress was sweat attentive but not hovering. We were there for brunch and food was good portion and delicious.
Happy hour in the lounge area at the high tops is a fun time. Our server Chris A was personable and efficient.... bringing our appetizers and cocktails with his friendly manner. Great value... delicious food and can be a lively bar scene. Make a reservation. I recommend The Hideout ... my new favorite is their hamburger and truffle fries!
The setting was perfect for our party of 10. Comfortable outside seating, heater available if needed but the temperature was perfect even with it raining all day. Our server was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. For the most part the food was good. It is a casual place and the food isn't over the top but they do the basics well. However, their cocktails were great. We will definitely return.

We've been to the Hideout several times and really enjoy the experience. Food has been very good - especially their burgers! The mixture of 3 types of meats is really a treat. Service has been quite good as well. Noise level is the only detraction.
The service was great. The restaurant was packed at 2 PM on a Sunday. We had reservations so we did not have to wait. There were six of us. There were several people already waiting. It is a nice menu with good variety. Good selection of beers on tap. The beer was nice and cold. I had Modelo Especial. They have a wood fired pizza oven and we all had pizza. We also had salads and they were all very good. The music on the speakers was just a little too loud. We sat outside and it was a little noisy. But the place was packed so noise is to be expected. Suggest you make a reservation.
Great extensive menu, lots of options. Just wish the animal proteins were from sustainable sources. But, i LOVE LOVE that they use tallow for the fries!! Excellent service.
We had a very all around enjoyable experience. We especially enjoyed “grandma's meatballs”, which were a specialty of the house. Our waiter, Chris, was a lot of fun and took care of us extremely well. Victor made sure we were happy and we very much enjoyed meeting him. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a good time.
We were glad the hostess asked if wanted to sit close or away from the music. Enrique our server was friendly but not attentive. When I asked about the fish and chips he rudely replied that those can not be ordered after 3pm instead of saying he'd ask the chef. He also talked so fast and mumbled that we could not understand him and had to keep asking him to repeat. He needs serious training in customer service. The baby wedge and the roasted beet salads were just ok. We ordered appetizers to be delivered after we completed our salads. Unfortunately the hot items arrived after we had taken only a few bites of our salads. We did not understand what the server was saying it sounded like mushrooms so we said we did not order that. She left and a few minutes later server arrived and asked why we sent our food away. Told him it wasn't our order. The whole evening was frustrating and worse the food was not desirable. The avocado fries had a nasty taste and tasted prev7iously frozen. The zucchini fries were very greasy and way too much batter and also tasted previously frozen. The poke nachos were also not fresh. To cap off the evening the guy started bussing the table while we were still sitting there. Clearing the dishes is one thing but wiping the table is a whole different story! And there were plenty of empty tables all around us. Not a positive experience. Dined on the patio in fresh air and had a view of the mountains.
