We were visiting from out of state. They were kind enough to accommodate us to make a dish ( shrimp tacos instead of mahi-mahi) that wasn't on the menu currently.Only complaint, It was a little bit loud/ echoey We had a party of eight and it was hard to hear the far end of the table.

Did somebody say PINA COLADA!?!? Super rummmy! Get it with a rum float. Great place to eat and drink.

The service was absolutely outstanding.
The food was not to par. I can't say there was anything I had that I would brag about.
No flavor to awaken the palate.

Tommy Bahamas hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding, a total of 16 adults and 4 children. They went above and beyond. Initially, we were on the outdoor terrace surrounded by other customers. I asked if we could be more secluded since some of the family and guests wanted to say some words. They proceeded to move our entire group to a different section of the terrace for a more private and quiet setting. It was incredibly kind and generous of them to do so. Benjamin, our waiter was also terrific. He was prompt, thorough, and the service we received was unparalleled. The food and drinks, as always, were tremendous, and my wife and I could not be more satisfied. They even gave us a piece of pina colada cake as a celebration! Thank you again to the entire Tommy Bahama staff for a wonderful evening.

While sharing the name sake of the tropical clothing line, the food, service and atmosphere especially on the outside patio (heat permitting) keeps up with the brand. The servers are well coached, the food is amazing including the seasonal specials, and do try the pineapple creme brulee...

Pretty good eatery. Had no idea to actually had a restaurant and we got in there somewhat randomly and loved it. I went back with my family two days later again. They got great food & Good atmosphere!

Jennifer B provided some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Our waitress avoided us at all costs, was passive aggressive when asking for anything. When we did ask for something we would watch her go to every table but ours to assist other guests. Our Grandmother has been excited for this lunch for a month to get her granddaughters together and was met with poor service and was unable to truly enjoy her experience.
That being said, the food was delicious, all other hosts, and waitstaff were actually incredibly kind, but Jennifer ruined our entire experience.

Loved everything about this restaurant. It took us forever to decide on a spot to eat. We didn't want a stuffy overpriced place. This ended up being perfect. The service (Joshua and Edwin are amazing - so personable) and the food was SO good. Highly recommend the macadamia crusted halibut and the Parmesan crusted Sanibel chicken. Both so delicious. Can't wait to visit Palm springs again so we can visit Tommy Bahama!

We are regular customers and went for my partner’s birthday last night. They sat us in the extra room with one other couple with a young child. Zero ambiance. Almost a pantry feeling since servers come in regularly to retrieve tableware. The goat cheese appetizer was burned. It’s often an inconsistent choice but they didn’t credit us for it. Dinner was fine. He had the sea bass.
We took our complimentary birthday dessert to go and when I opened it this morning was quite surprised at its very small size. All very disappointing for a $175 celebration meal.
