We miss the buns you used to serve. Why don't you put them on the menu and charge for them? The replacement buns on the menu are NOT nearly as good. Also why did you tae the pork and burger sliders off the menu..they were great Happy Hour/anytime items .

I think it is ridiculous that you do not take reservations. Tonight we arrived at 5pm and was told there was a 30 minute wait. We waited patiently, busy night, lots of open tables. The young hostess, was dismissive when we asked about all the empty tables. We finally got our call and she wanted to seat us outside. It was too cold outside so we asked her to seat us inside. After another 15 minutes and coaching from my husband, she did seat us inside. The whole idea of making people wait in line to be herded when there is space is a joke. We live here and cannot not believe you want to conduct such a disruptive, chaotic atmosphere in your restaurant. The hostess was rude and could have cared less if we stayed or left…she just had a bad attitude! A manager should have been at your front desk tonight! The good news we had a very nice waitress who knows how to be fun and pleasant…

The best atmosphere and drinks are the best, I come every time im in town! The way French dip blew me away! Paloma was magical. Joshua and Elijah and Marco made us have a GREAT night!

My wife’s food came with a hair in it . Took forever to get the waitress to come . She finally came by then I had finished my lunch. The waitress took back to kitchen and the manager eventually came with a new order for my wife. All the manager said was sorry. When the bill came they did take my wife’s meal off the bill, so you should. Also to pay your bill they take your credit card away from the table . Not making me feel comfortable.
Furniture also needs some cleaning as cushions all stained.

It's upstairs outdoor patio I love it.It's a little bit of drive from our house to go out to palm springs, but it's a great evening

The food was okay. We went for lunch and had the pork chop and the hamburger. The pork chop was good, but the sides were a bit disappointing. The hamburger was soggy, and the patty was, for some reason, crumbly. The service was questionable, as the wait time for both ordering and getting the check was long.

Tommy Bahama never disappoints! Everyone was super friendly from the moment we arrived. We sat on the patio and were served by Bailey — she was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious as always and totally met our expectations. Such a great evening at Tommy Bahama!

All was good. Fish was a little dry in the fish tacos. All else was great.

Seeing a table being cleaned and set up, it was a turn off seeing the clean wrapped place settings being placed on a chair while wiping the table. A customer had just been sitting in that chair. This didn't seem very sanitary.

3/4 of the outside tables including the fire pits had “RESERVED” cards yet almost remained vacant throughout the day and evening. Very annoying!

Hamburger and steak well done not medium. Staff nice and cordial.
Goat cheese dip completely embarrassing at any price. This was $18.00 and maybe 4oz of goat cheese.

Now I know why the place was so empty.

Started in at bar area. Pretty small and VERY LOUD. Got moved outside on patio. Cha Ching! Live music. He was awesome! Very humble guy. See video👇 Food and drinks never disappointment. Highly recommend the Calamari and Margarita Pizza GF style. Go and ENJOY!!!☺️
Back again and the Steak did not disappoint.
