Varraco Coffee Roasters shop is truly special! Not only is the coffee excellent, but having a roaster right in the building makes every cup taste fresh and unique. The aroma alone is worth the visit! The customer service is always amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers and their craft. I’m so glad to have found this spot and I wish them continued growth and success. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great coffee and great people Great menu, freshly made syrups and bakery selections were great!

Decided to try this coffee shop for the first time and meet my friend there. First thing I noticed were all the available tables were dirty and were never cleaned the entire time we were there for over and hour. Second we ordered our drinks and took them forever so I finally walked up to the counter and the drinks were sitting on the counter as they never called our name when ready as they said they would. Third, the drinks were not very good and my friend couldn't even drink hers and had them make her another drink. Forth , my friend ask where the restroom was and they told her the closest restroom was across the street!!!! I have never in my life anywhere went to a coffee shop where they dont have a restroom to use. And fifth and final that really pissed my off is we ask if the music could be turned down some and the girls behind the counter did for us, but then the owner came out from the back and gave us a dirty look and walked back to his office and turned it back uploudly. So we got up and left. Beyond horrible and will never be back. I'll stick with Koffi in town asI always get great service from them.

Stopped by after reading the reviews while being in the area. Ordered an ube iced coffee & a brown sugar iced coffee. A chicken empanada, chocolate croissant, pandan pastry, and a chocolate danish.
Drinks - the ube latte was pretty good, it had the right amount of coffee to ube flavor.
The brown sugar latte was very different than what I’m used to. It had a distinct after taste like alcohol which I did not enjoy.
Pastries- the empanada was okay for what it was as well as the pandan pastry. The croissant and the danish were stale/dry.
The coffee shop itself wasn’t t bad. It’s small but very crowded.. because of the holiday weekend. The barista was very friendly.

If you want something different yet delicious come to Varraco! I had the ube with an added shot of espresso, it was so so good! So hard to just sip it and not chug it! The employees are knowledgeable and welcoming as well. I'll definitely be back to try other items.
