Best enchilada I've ever had. All his stuff is made from scratch not using canned ingredients makes a big difference. I can't wait for them to open back up soon!
After dog only knows how many times, I decided to get some burritos. I ordered one lengua and one verde. The lengua was soft and flavored, but the verde way a bit over done. Rice used was nothing to write about, infact bland. Order without. Nothing to go gaga about over the spicy salsa either. Perhaps because the owners see other than their own kind, or the salsa is flavorless. Yup, I'm picky. The black beans in my photo I made. I've had better and worse. It's just okay.
