In Palm Desert the recent experience at Wendy’s was somewhat alright. Had multiple orders. Didn’t really get what we asked for. Got off the car. This is drive thru service by the way..

Went through the drive thru at the Palm Desert, CA Wendy's on Country Club Dr & when we got home we were missing some of our order! We ordered 3 $8 Biggy Meals & they shorted us the Chicken nuggets & French frys with one of the orders! I visually checked but didn't empty out the bag while in the drive thru. There has to be some level of competence!! They also failed to give us the requested sauces & my receipt. I even double checked with the server to make sure that we had everything & she said we did! So fed up with this fast food service incompetence!! I guess an increase to $20 per hour results in unacceptable service!! I'm done with Wendys!!!

Food was horrible! Burger was overcooked and Mayo was very liquidy. Country potatoes tasted old. Coke and sprite seemed to have been out so they tasted horrible. Staff was rude at the window when they had forgotten items. We will not be back.

Really, poor service, told us to back up my vehicle. Why? No one else there but me then they told us to drive through again because they were waiting on the meat. When we got our order the hamburgers were cold and the soda tasted bad. Will never go to that wendy's ever again.
Large frosted and a Single Burger with cheese = $10.75, outrageous The Cheeseburger was fresh, and quite delicious

We used the drive through and ordered a Breakfast Bacon Burrito and a Breakfast Baconator. Both tasted quite good. Friendly service at the window. However!!!, we tried their breakfast the next day, terrible, one bite and threw it away. Crap.
Lighter portions the some places but good I was glad I got the combo
