Horrible customer service! Nothing but attitude. Ordered a chilli large extra cheese, it was cold watery and half full? Came back to get a new one same as first one. People need proper training in food services period! Girl gave me attitude for her mistake ..🤦never will return again..food is horrible and cold zero effort.disgusting.

Food is ok and if you like surprises give it a try. I forgot why we stopped going through the drive through at this location until I returned again today. They CANT get the order correct. After repeating it 3 times and then confirming it again at the window still couldn't get it right and charged me for a Large when I told them no I want a regular. I understand people make mistakes but this location is continuously getting it wrong. I dont feel I should have to unwrap my food to check every time. 1 or 2 time might be an employee issue but continuously has to be a management issue.

Got off a shift wanting to grab a quick bite to eat, placed an order online made it to the store and the girl in the window told me to park in the front because they needed four minutes for the nuggets, I waited outside for 20 minutes no one came out. When i went inside to let them know i’ve been waiting for my food, the girl told me they aren’t allowed to go outside. ???

Was just at location and heard what I think was a District Manager or Store manager (gentleman in glasses with a neck tattoo) reprimanding employees for another negative review and then also yelling at them to make sure they are upselling combos to Medium or Large. Well this review is solely due to this manager. Please treat your employees better.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for $6.69 (buy one get one free), but they charged me $13.38. The store's phone number was unreachable.

They force you to use self checkout kiosks. I'm not an employee so I shouldn't be forced to take my own order. If I have to use the kiosk I should get an employee discount. These kiosks absolutely remove and sense of customer service.
