533 Viet Fusion

533 Viet Fusion is the one must do every time we visit Palm Springs. Former employees & husband & wife team Rolando & Brenda purchased the restaurant several years ago & their pride is evident everywhere, including the new menu covers. Our server Benji offered great advice with respect to the recently expanded new drink & food menus. We split the Lemongrass Duroc Organic Pork Spring Rolls & the Ginger Tamari Chicken Spring Rolls, excellent choices. Two of us had the Green Curry with Chicken which was outstanding; in fact, it was the best I've had anywhere, including Southeast Asia. My husband had his old standby Chicken Pad Thai, which is always a good choice.

As always, great service, fantastic food and a warm and welcoming restaurant. Best place to take friends who are into healthy food.

This is the third or 4th time we dined at 533 Viet Fusion. The first time or two, the food was extraordinary good. Our last time, the food was only ok and we attributed that to poor choices on our part. But we tried once more and came away disappointed. We started with the Mango Spring Roll. It was missing any distinctive mint and cilantro, but ok. We then had sweet tamari glazed salmon and soba noodle salad. The noodles served with the salmon were spicy hot in spite of the fact that we specifically asked for all dishes be prepared mild. The soba noodle salad was flavorless but not hot. We left disappointed.

Great selection of menu items when you want “family style” dining. Friendly staff and great servings. Latest dining was for six guests and family style allowed orders for those with dietary preferences. Loads of parking as well.

Staff and service are always quick and super friendly. Love the chicken wings appetizer! This is a very good spot with consistently good bites and a great variety of things on the menu for every taste.

As always an amazing meal at 533 Viet Fusion. We brought our friends here for dinner to thank them for watching our dogs when we were away and as always, everything was so good. The food, the service and the ambiance. We'll definitely come back and I highly recommend 533 Viet Fusion.

Great service, very quick. Tasty food, especially the appetizers! Would definitely dine there again and maybe forgo the entrees and just do appetizers and dessert!

The restaurant seems to have found its niche in PS by offering consistently very good food and good service. Great for a larger groups.

Love 533 Viet Fusion!! Osso Buco is SO GOOD! On the spicy side so caution if you don't like a little heat. I want to order other things there... but I am in love with the Osso Buco. Also... GENEROUS AND DELICIOUS martini! They even know how to make a proper Gibson!

One of our favorite restaurants! Service is always great. Food is wonderful...so fresh & creative. We missed them over the summer, but so happy they're back.
