Our first time last night and certainly not our last. Great vibe, wonderful waiter and delicious dishes. Additionally, food was actually clean/not too oily. Finding a restaurant with good vegan options and a great atmosphere can be a challenge, 533 Viet Fusion hits both points. Highly recommend, enjoy!

I usually go to fusion 5 for a steak pho bowl but they were closed so I tried this place for the 1st time. My steak was already cooked when I got it, which it usually comes raw so that was weird. Then I mixed in all the goods they gave me and the soup stunk and tasted like the smell of dog food. Very disappointed, I spent $20 and I'm still hungry because my food was so disgusting.

Excellent food, attentive wait staff, reasonable prices. Because it's off the main drag it's often easier to get reservations there and tourists don't know about it. Well worth a visit.

As always an excellent and unique meal. Our entree's had just the right amount of spice for our varied tolerance and when it's meant to be served hot, it arrives HOT! Our server is fantastic as has been in past visits. We discovered 533 last spring and have been back often —so glad y'all have reopened since the summer break. We highly recommend this restaurant!!

We absolutely love this restaurant! The food is outstanding! The service is impeccable. The ambiance is perfect. I'm allergic to wheat and they have many delicious options! Everything we've tried is spectacular. It's a win win!

A great Palm Springs staple. We all had an excellent meal and the only better was the wait staff. The prix fixe menu was a real treat. The new owners have kept up the high quality of the original owners. We will be back and soon.

I am glad I decided to try the pad Thai despite the last review. I have been here before and always had a good experience with food and service. The Pad Thai had more veggies than I expected (compared to other places) and had good flavor for the style of dish. We also had the mango sushi which was awesome (we ate it before I could get a photo).

We really enjoyed our first time dining at 533 Viet Fusion. The decor and ambiance are attractive and set a relaxing mood. Our waiter was wonderful, professional, and funny. We enjoyed the crispy vegetarian egg rolls and the crunchy shrimp hand egg roll. Some liked the vegetarian for the crisp wrapper better. The green curry with lime and shrimp was very tasty, a little spicy, with a rich, creamy curry broth. One friend enjoyed the fried chicken quite a lot, while others enjoyed the shrimp fried rice and tiger shrimp with noodles. Portions were generous, the shrimp were plump and sweet.

Amazing and consistently wonderful food and service. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming- from the host and waitstaff to the bus boy and kitchen staff bringing food out - top notch and wonderful environment inside - plenty of space and you never feel like you are on top of others. The coconut flan is made in-house and absolutely amazing !

It's always a treat to dine here. They have a very nice Happy Hour. The dinner menu is varied and creative. All the staff are friendly and professional. Don't miss this wonderful place!
