Dined at Amala's last friday night, they're doing a soft opening while they get everything in place and it's outstanding. The setting is so cool at the water park. The decor is amazing, the chef is a pro and everything is fresh and interesting with a ton of flavor. This is going to be the place to go in Palm Springs.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Anthony and the staff for going above and beyond for us today. The food was amazing… honestly the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed our stay and I can’t thank you enough. Such a unique experience that we’ll remember forever. Cant wait to come back.
(Attended the restaurant during an Adult Night Swim event.) As a desert local, I’m so stoked that Amala exists as it gives me the feeling of getting out of town for the night. I felt like I was having a really delicious dinner overlooking an epic Mountain View, with a DJ and 200 young people in the pool having a good time.
