The chick at the register this morning around 8:15am, is always so lovely. She is awesome. The 4 stars is because they very rarely change up the menu. Like they should have a flavor of the week so there's more of a variety. Like if you come here regularly you get tired of the menu. Also I wish they had slices or samples of the bread. I don't want to buy a whole loaf if I live alone and what if I do and I don't like it?

Aspen Mills Bakery, a family-owned gem, offers an array of delicious cookies, muffins, sandwiches, and more. We visited during our Palm Springs vacation, specifically searching for swirled rye bread after scouring Central California. They had it, and it was fantastic! We even grabbed an extra loaf to freeze. The customer service was outstanding— the owner's son was especially kind, listening attentively to our grandson Aspen share the sweet story behind his name. This bakery is now our go-to spot in town. Thank you, Aspen Mills, for your delectable treats and exceptional service!

Great sandwiches and baked goods. I've lived here > 20 years and never knew about this place, but they have delicious breads and I'll be visiting often from now on!

The only thing I could possibly complain about here is that I didn’t see any gluten free options but I also didn’t ask. My partner and her family love this place, and compared the croissants to their favorite places in Paris. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. Many options!

The brownies are simply delicious! They are such a wonderful chocolate treat! So very moist and tasty! The best I have ever had in Southern CA!

We decided to get our lunches for our Joshua Tree day trip here. I got the Aspen and wife got the Coachella. Excellent and well-balanced sandwiches. Love that they give a bit of potato salad and a pickle spear. They will also probably give you a sweet sample! The man behind the counter was engaging and made sure the customers were happy. Highly recommend.

I love this place! Delightful atmosphere, workers are sooo nice! Service and food are incredible. I went looking for an apple pie, grabbed a pumpkin one instead since they were out of apple. I happened to ask the cashier, no apple pies today? This wonderful man that I suspect is the owner overhead and immediately responded "let me check is there any in the back". There were some that came right out of the oven and he grabbed one for me, smelled so delicious! My heart felt as warm as the pie with the kindness of this amazing man, I felt how passionate he is about his bakery. This was the highlight of my day and week, best apple pie and service I ever had! Highly recommend this wonderful, delicious bakery in Palm Springs.

Honestly the BEST sandwiches in Palm Springs. The Baked goods are on a whole nother level! Always such a Great choice.

My wife and I visit the Palm Springs area from our home in Orange County often. Over last summer we discovered Aspen Mills Bakery. We bought a dozen of their bran muffins to go with our coffee the next morning and were hooked when we sampled one that afternoon with a glass of red wine. These things are amazing! We've been there three times since, and the quality and service have been consistently excellent every time. Aspen Mills is now an automatic stop to pick up a dozen bran muffins every time we spend a night in the area.
