The chick at the register this morning around 8:15am, is always so lovely. She is awesome. The 4 stars is because they very rarely change up the menu. Like they should have a flavor of the week so there's more of a variety. Like if you come here regularly you get tired of the menu. Also I wish they had slices or samples of the bread. I don't want to buy a whole loaf if I live alone and what if I do and I don't like it?

Aspen Mills Bakery, a family-owned gem, offers an array of delicious cookies, muffins, sandwiches, and more. We visited during our Palm Springs vacation, specifically searching for swirled rye bread after scouring Central California. They had it, and it was fantastic! We even grabbed an extra loaf to freeze. The customer service was outstanding— the owner's son was especially kind, listening attentively to our grandson Aspen share the sweet story behind his name. The only thing I could possibly complain about here is that I didn’t see any gluten free options but I also didn’t ask. My partner and her family love this place, and compared the croissants to their favorite places in Paris. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. Many options!
