Really lousy experience from beginning to end. First, couldn't get anyone to take our order, then the order gets taken incorrectly, then can't get it corrected due to language limitations, then wait a good 15 minutes for absolute trash food. The nachos are literally what you might get at a movie theater or carnival. To make matters even worse, half my order was missing from the take out bag. There were tons of workers, but none of them could comprehend 2 chicken tacos, 2 shrimp tacos, and nachos. I came home, and needed to make a sandwich for dinner because I didn't get the food I ordered. Total waste of money. I hate to bash a local business, but this was a joke! The picture of the nachos tells the story...

Great produce, helpful staff plus a carniceria and taquería as well,

This is really the best Mexican food in Palm Springs. I haven’t tried everything here and my go-to are the fish tacos which are delicious. I’m also a fan of the burritos, especially the shrimp with jalapenos inside. The salsa tastes freshly made. The meat case is good; I’ve purchased the seasoned chicken and asada for the home bbq. I’ve not yet arrived early enough on Saturday in order to try the menudo… I highly recommend Baja Springs.Update-I finally tried the menudo and yummmm! Seems like with new owners, the food got better.

Love this place. (I am posting this recent signage of business hours for everyone because well.. one day after a very fun Sunday funday…let’s just say we were SALIVATING for a delicious tacos de birria + yummy shrimp tacos ——only to drive there and be extremely gagged that it was closed for the night! So my gift to you xx)

Absolutely amazing tacos and quesadilla here! Was just here today, had the cabeza, tripas, and lengua tacos as well as a Cabeza quesadilla. Everything was really amazing and on point! They even do a special everyday from 5:00 to 8:00 where all of the other, more "regular"(?) tacos are on sale for a dollar. Will definitely go back to try the other ones as well. A lot of good grocery items here as well. Highly recommended! Very friendly staff!

Best local Mexican market and food takeout. Canadians take note: they sell Clamato juice for Cesar drinks ?

This is a fantastic Mexican grocery/take out restaurant/carniciera! They have great marinated asada you can take home and bbq. Make sure to get some of their queso fresco too! Also a great selection of Mexican groceries and fresh produce. And don't miss out on their in house restaurant... Delicious options for street tacos, nachos and other south of the border favs.

Best Mexican food in the desert, period!!!

We had a variety of tacos on Taco Tuesday and they were delicious! Carnitas, carne Asada, al pastor, lengua pescado, chorizo. Our favorite was the fish taco (pescado). So good! Everything was very tasty!

I'm only writing in regards to the burrito Asada, which is fantastic for my taste. As for the comfort, it's a typical Mexican no luxury meat market it's so warm in there that the windows of the meat display are hazed tough to see what's on display. You can again enter without mask. Of notice is that it is foremost frequented by Mexicans which usually means that the food is very good. It's busy.

Just awful service I didn’t even get acknowledged for 10 minutes and then when I did not even one word was said.
