We enjoyed our evening at Bar Cecil so much that we returned the next night! Though we dine out often, it's unusual for us to patronize the same restaurant. We have been trying to secure a table here for some time and were delighted to finally manage to reserve one. It's a lovely spot, cozy and vibrant. The drinks were excellent and the food was too. Service was attentive. Every staff member encountered, while walking through the restaurant, would defer to the guest and politely step aside to let you pass. We will definitely return on our next visit.
