Birba offers a fabulous atmosphere with professional and knowledgeable staff. The classic pizza may not be as good as usual, but the margherita pizza is delicious. The tagliatelle and Birba pizza are highly recommended. Guests love the lovely outdoor seating and quick, attentive service. Cocktails are amazing, and the food is just right at this wonderful Palm Springs restaurant.
The restaurant is praised for its exceptional ambiance, with customers enjoying the cool, shaded outdoor seating area even on exceptionally hot nights. The Bartender Lugo is described as insightful, friendly, efficient, and professional, providing excellent service. The menu offers a variety of delectable dishes, including a melon and prosciutto salad, specialty pizzas, and a zucchini pasta with shrimp, all of which are praised for their amazing flavors and light, perfect preparations.
While the overall dining experience is highly praised, one customer did find the perpetually banging door leading to the kitchen to be very annoying, suggesting that the restaurant explore ways to reduce this noise.
