Birba offers a fabulous atmosphere with professional and knowledgeable staff. The classic pizza was not as good as usual, but the margherita pizza was delicious. The tagliatelle and Birba pizza come highly recommended. Guests love the lovely outdoor seating and quick, attentive service. Special mention goes to Vanessa, the most gracious and friendly waitstaff, who always takes great care of customers with a big smile. Cocktails are amazing and the food is just right at this wonderful Palm Springs restaurant.
