I've been coming here for years and think it's one of the best restaurants in Palm Springs! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Tonight we had an amazing waiter, Ian, who went above and beyond in how friendly and helpful he was, recommending great wine and dishes and being so accommodating to us having a 4 month old baby with us :) I always recommend this place to friends, and will keep going back every time I'm in Palm Springs!

We sat at the bar because we couldn't get a reservation. While everyone gets their pizza, I was a big fan of the home made pasta! Everything was amazing. The cauliflower appetizer was interesting in the fact that it was a giant piece of cauliflower and it was also super tasty. I guess you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The bartenders that evening were also amazing! Loved their cocktails!

One of my favorite outdoor dining spots in Palm Springs is Birba on North Palm Canyon Drive. If you’re in town, definitely make reservations since this place is very popular. Order a cocktail (loved the Negroni), try some apps (Involtini Di Melanzane), recommend the Birba prosciutto pizza, and for dessert try the Olive Oil Cake or the High Pies!

This restaurant has the potential to be incredible, but the service we received was appalling. It was mentioned at the time of booking and again the day of our visit that we were celebrating a special birthday, but this was never relayed to our server. When I ordered the short rib I was told that the kitchen burnt it and wouldn't be serving it that day. At a restaurant with only one beef main dish (I don't eat other meat and have dietary restrictions) I had no other viable option. When I pressed the manager I was told that this had been taken off their menu, and the menu would be updated later that week. However, the server maintained the lie she was instructed to tell and offered to check with the kitchen to see if the burnt meat had been thrown out yet or if they could serve me some.As I sat there with no dinner while the rest of my family ate, no apology, accommodation, or discount was offered. We should have been told up front that there were unavailable menu items so we could plan our visit accordingly or choose to eat elsewhere. They also shouldn't have lied about the reason for it being unavailable. Pure laziness and poor customer service. The food otherwise was pretty good other than one burnt pizza, and the outdoor space is beautiful.

Had a dinner reservation for a bachelorette party and there were some hits and misses throughout the night. This restaurant is very very busy (went on a Saturday night) so be sure to make a reservation otherwise you would probably only have a Birba bar experience. The hits: - the pastas - the birba pizza (not pictured) - the desserts (which were comped which was very nice) - friendly staff - cute patio space - cute (but strong) drinks The misses: - the garlic knot: it was stodgy, lacked salt & had the tiniest amount of cheese. We will KNOT be ordering this again... - the food did not come out all at once so when someone was done (or almost done) eating their meal, some others had not even received their meal yet - spaghetti pomodoro portions were SMALL - we had a reservation and was seated at least 10-20 min after, to which this wouldn't normally bother me, but there is no great area to wait so no matter where we stood we felt in the way - one of the outdoor heaters was not working very well (again this wouldn't normally bother me but because it was so cold and windy, this is something staff should've been attentive to)

Our favorite dinner in Palm Springs. The crispy eggplant app for a vegetarian option is incredible! Atmosphere was 10/10! The olive oil cake to share with the table was the perfect dessert for 6 people!

We waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time for our table. As we were in the waiting area, the party next to us was offered free Prosecco for the wait but we were not offered any. Then, we waited another 10+ minutes for waters to be brought to our table. We ordered the Blue Lake Beans and Brushetta Inferno as appetizers. The beans were good but the bruschetta was horrible. It was a piece of bread with meat sauce and ricotta on it. The bread was soggy, I wouldn’t call it brushetta in the least. We also ordered the Birba and Potato pizza. Both were fine but our table all agreed that we have had better wood fired pizzas elsewhere. We felt rushed from our table from staff members taking our plates when we were not finished. The waitress made a comment that her kids were calling her and asking her to come home, a bit awkward. The ambiance was the only thing our party was impressed with during our experience.

Food was good but not the best service. It took 20 minutes just for a server to greet us after being seated and it seemed like every request like for wine glasses or water etc got forgotten because the server was so overwhelmed. The entire evening the server only visited our table maybe 3 times, once to say hi, to order in a hurry, and then when we asked for the check. When looking around the restaurant, no joke probably 80% of the tables had empty glasses and no food on the table. They completely forgot to make one of our dishes and the re-fire took over 30 minutes so we just canceled it and went home. Such a shame I hope this isn’t the regular and we just caught them on an extremely bad night.

Cacio e Pepe Brussel Sprouts a total misnomer. No sign of that traditional sauce here. Involtini, cold in the middle. Pasta ordinary. This place has a buzz but the food is below average and they now trade on their past reputation.

Took out of town friends...something VERY "Palm Springs" and, of course, they loved it!!! Food and service perfect...THAT is how we love to present our "home"!!! Thank you!!!!
