Bit of Country came recommended by family members and I must agree that this place is great. Large menu selection of breakfast and lunch items. Portions are generous. Food is tasty. Service is outstanding. Will most certainly become a frequent visitor to this relaxing, family-run restaurant. Highly recommend.
Service was excellent! Food was hot and delicious. Hubby ordered the House Special Omelette, which is basically everything inside and some extra toppings, with Biscuits and Gravy. I ordered the Mambo's Special Benedict with a side of Hash Browns. Everything was great!
My belated mother, my aunt, cousin, several of my friends, many many tourists to whom I have recommended Bit of Country, and I have been coming here for almost 5 years. The biscuits and gravy rival any will find in the deepest parts of the deep south. The patty melt is top-notch.
