Food was great, portion sizes were MASSIVE (they DO offer half size portions; I unknowingly had the smallest hotel fridge known to man kind and my efforts at having leftovers for later were for not….). The service was meh; the gentleman working the oven/finishing seemed downright irritated by any question or presence of a person waiting for their food.
Would come back here; would not want to deal with the expo guy.

I was out with the family and we needed something quick but this place was the wrong choice. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be met by a rude order taker. Got to the cashier and was again met with rudeness, maybe because it was busy but still no excuse. The soda fountain was broke so they offered water cups but the water from the drink area tasted like half vitamin water and half water. They did not have forks for the salad we ordered, and had to beg for parmesan cheese as if it were a valued commodity at blaze pizza. The trash cans were all overflowing so we stacked our trash on the side of the bin like the other patrons. Overall bad atmosphere for mediocre pizza and bad attitudes. Avoid this place and go to McDonalds if you want something fast for the family, at least the place will be clean and you can deal with a robot to order and not a rude employee.

I, my friend and my children were dined at Palm Springs location. We go often to Palm Desert. They don’t offer any specials like Palm Desert. And I was ordering Two topping pizza special at Palm Springs location. Half 2 different toppings and half two different toppings. Server said ok and I placed my order. But then I heard the manager is not allowing to do so. That should be something they need to address internally not after you order. So, I was told it will be charged as build your own pizza if I do half 2 toppings different and than the other half 2 toppings different. And specifically after I placed my order already. I was so disappointed. The manager at least should explain or say we honor this time, since you placed your order. I disappointed with customer service and will not be back to this location. I had to reorder and other people were waiting, etc and having 2 small kids….

We've been here twice while staying within walking distance and both times everything has been great. Very well managed location, the people here are fantastic. The pizzas are perfectly prepared with great ingredients. If you're vegan or like to eat healthy, the pizzas are great as you can load them up with a ton of veggies. They do offer both vegan cheese and vegan sausage as well. In addition, they now offer to top the pizza with arugula at the end, even better and no charge. With recent inflation, the pricing here is a great value compared to other options. And the food is way better.

Not sure if it is local laws or ordinances that require establishments to provide water to unhoused people but seeing a constant flow of derelicts bringing their outside, unwashed containers taking whatever beverages they like is simply unsanitary. And is likely why the lemonades & agua frescas are absent from this location. Don't even get me started on the bathroom... I enjoyed my pizza despite despite the toppings and salads appearing completely picked over. No one seemed concerned with how the place looked.

I called ahead after seeing on Google that the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. The gentleman who answered the phone informed me that as long as I arrived at least 10 minutes before closing, I would be able to place an order. I rushed over and arrived in time, joined the line, and noticed that there were still several customers inside.
However, the manager approached me and stated that no more orders were being taken as they were closed. I politely explained that I had called ahead and was told I could order if I arrived before 10 p.m., which I had. Unfortunately, he disregarded my explanation. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, he responded, “That’s fine, go ahead.”
