Bongo Johnny's Patio Bar & Grill Palm Springs

Bongo Johnnies has a welcoming atmosphere, a dependable and reasonably-priced menu, and a good combination of inside seating and a friendly patio that overlooks Palm Springs' main street. It's a place you can go often.

Food was great, there was a it of a wait on a Saturday afternoon but everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend a reservation.

We have never had a less than great experience at Bongo Johnny's. The service and food are exceptional and the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Cocktails with generous poors. We will continue to be regulars; and suggest you readers check iut this wonderful dining experience ASAP!

I love Bongo Johnny's! Every time we've received great, friendly service from all staff. The food is consistently great with a wide variety of options. In particular, I rate the burgers, egg salad, grilled cheese sandwiches and wraps are the best in the Valley. The salads are always fresh. I highly recommend Bongo Johnny's to friends and visitors for a great dining experience!

Make sure if you request outside front seating parties of 2 or less they will try to force you in eating at a hi top table!

The food was what you'd expect at a pool-side restaurant/bar at a hotel. There was very little car or effort put into plating and the service was ok. Our server was nice enough, but it just felt like we were the last people in the restaurant and everyone who works there just wanted to go home... except it was 7:30 on a Sunday during. Drinks were also sub-par. I know the neighborhood isn't exactly “for kids”, but the hostess brought my kids water in these cute little flamingo floaty things (like a mini pool raft) and went through a whole explanation of how they're just “babysitting” the flamingos and if we wanted to keep them it would be $6 a piece. If it's not cost effective to just give it to the kids, then just don't do it at all.

Enjoyed a nice lunch on a Saturday afternoon at this restaurant. All three of us enjoyed our burgers and BLT's with terrific fries. The white sangria was also delicious. Service was very good.

We had brunch here and everything was amazing! Service, Outdoor seating, value! Highly recommend will be back the next time we are in town.

Espresso Martini, Macadamia Crusted Chicken, Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad, and the Carrot Cake were my favorite things. Yum!

During the busy season it is really nice to be able to make a reservation. We enjoy being able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast and the service was great.

Always excellent and friendly. Upstairs location offers a cooler ambiance. Front and back patios, great Mountain View's.

This is a can't miss breakfast experience! Pure pleasure...everything if Fresh fresh fresh! Customer service is wonderful..details ..fresh mint water..drinks in floaties...owner treating us like family. My favorites dishes.. smoked salmon, avocado toast to die for accompanied by bottomless mimosas:) we love the back patio..a secret oasis!!! Bon appetit!

Cheap bottomless mimosas is what we came for. 4 of us only finished 2 bottles. Not the best quality of bubbles. But ya get what ya paid for.
