Bread and Flours - Bread Bakery

I had the most amazing peanut butter cookie. None of the nasty additive stuff in it. Can’t wait for them to be open again so I can get another one!! All of the muffins, cookies and breads are divinely delicious!!! And ALL VEGAN!! I’m trying their sandwiches and soup next.

I want to give it 5 stars but the app will not let me! This place is a gem! Beautiful fresh baked sourdough breads, cakes, cookies, fresh vegan pasta, gourmet vegan cheese - heaven! The owners are a delight, I wish I lived closer to go there more often! Just wonderful! Updated from previous review on 2024-10-19

I think this is one of the best bakeries around....their bread is amazing....don't forget to pick up a baguette, and eat it immediately. And get there early, otherwise you may find them without anything.

Having traveled around the country and wishing for great bread, it’s nice to be home and back to B&F. Everything about this wonderful shop is fabulous. You guys are the best.

Wonderful sourdough. When I buy one, I have them slice two pieces so I can eat it in the car. I can't wait to get home to eat it. The owners are very nice, and you can see they love what they do.

OH YES! I will purchase breads and sweets here as long as they are open. The breads are very tasty. My favorite has been the Fougasse. But my other favorites are the blueberry muffins and the sourdough chocolate chunk. The owners are the coolest and the kindest people. Worth every penny to buy from them. And don't forget to try the Lemon Tea Cake. That is the best I have ever tasted

Parking: Plenty of spaces on the days they are open.

Kid-friendliness: Easy to bring kids in. Nothing that would injure them, but make them smile

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking just outside the bakery and a ramp

Run, don't walk to Bread and Flours. Hands down the best bakery in the Valley. Outstanding quality and variety. Other unique and delicious specialty foods also sold. SWEETEST people to boot. Remember only open Thursdays and Saturdays. Offerings can change somewhat every week also. Very busy in season especially so best to go early if possible for best selections. LOVE this place and people !!

Great bread (plus other products) & lovely people. We drive from Palm Desert almost every week to buy their 100% whole wheat sourdough bread in Palm Springs because it’s that good - and healthy. I eat it with nut butter every single day for breakfast! Yum!
