This place was a little hard to find, its located inside Margaritaville resort, its no longer called Cafe Palmetto though. We had the chilaquiles, they were yummy.

Really enjoyed this spot for brunch. Lovely spot outside by the fire, and prompt service. Their latte is certainly more on the sweeter side, which was exactly what I wanted. I had it with almond milk- so yummy. Also, their kale protein salad is huge! And very yummy. I was glad I ordered it. My husband had a small Caesar salad and crab cakes- both good. Such a fun little spot!

I've never sat a table for so long while multiple staff members stare without even greeting. The wine list was basic and touristy As a full time local we won't be back due to the lack of service. We were going to order the Sinatra special... The horrid service was on 3/6/20

One of the best hotel restaurants I've ever dined at. It was so good we ate here daily for a week. Avocado toast isn't to be missed if that's your jam. Everything we had all week was great. Coffee is a bit pricier than most ($5) but they'll send you with a to go cup if you ask. If you like Bellinis, get the prickly pear Bellini.

We were generally pleased with everything at the Restaurant. However, After our order was taken I had to wait and cal our waitress back as we had not been offered any drinks. As we finished our main course, the bills were brought and we were not offered tea, coffee or desert. On the pl/us side, when we asked to change tables so that we were not under the ceiling there was no problem and we were easily moved. We have always had 5 out of 5 in all categories so one slightly down day will not stop us coming back.

Food is great. Avocado toast is by far My favorite. Mimosa was delicious - it was made with fresh orange juice. Would have been five stars but the service needs to improve. I had to wait almost 15 minutes once I was seated for the waiter to come to get our drink Order. We needed more syrup for our blueberry pancakes and the waiter never came back except to bring the check and then we didn't come back. We finally went to the hostess to pay our check. They have a great deal on a bottle of champagne for mimosas. Would go back for the food, just didn't expect great service.

Loved the outdoor seating area. Very pretty with a cool vibe. The firepits all over were a cool feature. The service was friendly and attentive. Emmanuel assisted me with a couple requests such as a glass of water and some jam. He was so friendly and shared some things he learned while reading during breaks. Such an awesome guy, I was very impressed with his passion and drive. Now onto the food I ate here for breakfast. It was very good, lots of variety to choose from and all was delicious. I will absolutely eat here again and highly recommend.

I go to a lot of conference hotels and most have subpar food and service. Palmettos breakfast is much better than most and killer fries.

We came to Cafe Palmetto for a birthday dinner, the hostess had no idea who we were and was annoyed that we "claimed" to have made a reservation, saying she had nothing on record. The 6 of us were squeezed into a booth that seated 4 next to a giant party (20 plus people). Our waitress was also annoyed with our requests (drink and food orders included) and when we tried to wave her down to switch out an order she made eye contact with us and walked away - this happened 3 times in a row. To top it off - nothing was done for our friends birthday despite us letting the wait staff know that's what we were there for. We will not be returning.
A challenge to find the restaurant but the food was amazing and the service was just as good! Carlos was fantastic!

My husband and I just finished a meal at Palmettos. It was delightful from start to finish. From the moment we entered till we left we were treated by helpful, capable, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We received good advice on menu choices from the host that seated us and perfect descriptions about food choices from our server. We ordered the Patatas Bravas which were fantastic, as were the roasted vegetables. We also shared the deviled eggs and they were tasty too. Thank goodness we listened to our server's advice and added the homemade date ice cream (served in a chocolate fully edible tea cup) to end our experience-unique and amazing!! We LOVED this place! Truly great service, food, with generous servings and good prices too. The outdoor atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We'd totally eat here next time we're in town visiting.

It was a quiet Saturday morning. The menu is brief but you can find something you'll like. It is a bit on the pricey side if you just want a traditional breakfast (about $22). Stick with the Eggs Benedict. Our server was attentive but sadly cancelled instead of clearing our Open Table reservation. Fortunately, Open Table put it back in but it took some work on my part.

We found the food to be delicious for breakfast, especially potatoes. Avocado toast was beautiful! Add the egg and carmelized bacon for a very complete meal. Service was great. Overall, we look forward to going back.

The food was fine but I couldn't get over how slow and clueless the service was here. We were one of only two tables in the entire place and it took 20 minutes for a server to come by, and that was only after I asked a busboy if a server could come by. Our food also took an inordinately long amount of time. We ordered a burger and a salad; no starters and no sides, and it still took forever. For what it's worth, the server and busboys were friendly, and so I tried not to fault them too much. But they really should have paid more attention to how we were just sitting there twiddling our thumbs waiting for our food. Re: the food. It was fine, albeit a little bland. Our server also got our order wrong and brought us the wrong type of fries with the burger. She quickly took that off the bill. Moral: don't come here if you need to be somewhere afterwards on time.
