30 mon trapped in drive thru is crazy, even more crazy being stingy on ranch when I ordered 3 chicken meals and waited 30 min (not exaggerating) haven't been here in 5 years probably be at least another 5.

This place is always depressingly empty. Burgers tend to be expensive, but if you ask the cashier's, they hook you up with the best deals(that aren't necessarily advertised) like 2 Western burgers for $10. That's the only reason I go here. Santa Fe chicken sandwich is good too

I was disappointed with my order today I bought the crispy chicken sandwich and 3 PC tenders
I've had a better sandwich at a gas station before. It was very bland and squishy The tenders tasted burn almost like if the oil was either too hot or too old. I won't get food here again Sorry Carl's Jr

Second time since December that I got e coli food poisoning from Carl's jr... My neighbors both got e coli from Carl's in January and one almost died. The health department should inspect the bacteria-infested kitchen.

This place is bogus. The people who work there are not the sort of people who should be working with the public. They all have horrible attitudes towards the people who dine there and I don’t think any of them actually want to to be working and not once have I ever witnessed someone who is serving me my food wash their hands before or after taking my order and then making me a milkshake. Petty, yes..but Gross.

I ate in. Nothing was bad. They were out of catsup. Gave me “the last packet”. I said “can I have ranch?” “I’ll have to charge you”. That kinda irked me. If you as an establishment especially fast food are out of a customers first choice of sauce, you should give them their second choice for free. For them to be out of catsup on a Sunday in fast food seems to be an ordering issue. However all the other sauces looked fully stocked. They did bring me another container that they had made from the back once they were made. Also as I was dining (the only person eating inside the whole restaurant) they started to do their cleaning chores around me. This was also bothersome bc who wants to have things flying up from the broom from all around them whilst they are eating. This was my very first visit to a Carl’s Jr. it wasn’t a good first impression but I won’t hold that against the chain in general. Just an off day all around I supposed.

Got a spicy western cheeseburger combo upgraded to large with waffle fries and it was over $16. I asked for one barbecue sauce and one ranch and they told me no they could only give me ketchup and less they charge me an extra $.27 apiece. Prices are too high anyway and now we’re charging for a couple condiments?

I was excited to have Carls Jr again after years living somewhere that dosent have them and was super dissappointed in the experience. The AI ordering system was depressing to find and was inaccuate at the task, causing the super helpful human employees to make a mistake Im sure could have been avoided if I had just ordered with a human. Upon going inside to fix the issue though, I realized they had lots of frys premade under a lamp and shakes next to the machine. Only issue with that was it was almost dead there. My frys were cold, tasted old and Im so glad I didnt order the shake I wanted.

Ordered a Big Carl meal (single) and the cheapest chicken sandwich not realizing 'cheap' is almost $4...for "Here'. Got a bag, no big deal so I asked for a tray and sat down with my meal. Order was taken wrong and received a double Big Carl . Didn't bother to change to get the smaller burger because workers didn't pay much to the customers as they walked in and out. Didn't finish my burger even though I had to throw half away:/ Stars given were ONLY for the food
