Walked into Carl’s Jr. with a friend. The cashier took his order, then immediately walked away to start taking drive-thru orders—completely ignoring me standing right in front of her. I waited awkwardly for about 7 minutes before she finally looked up and said, “Did you want to order something?” Like I was just hanging out for fun.
By the time I finally placed my order, my friend’s food was already ready and he was sitting there eating. I kept waiting and nothing. I ended up canceling my order, asked for a refund, and ate some of his fries for breakfast.
Terrible service. Not coming back.

Do not eat here! If you order a fry you have to pay extra if you would like a dipping sauce, only large crisscut fries come with 1 free dipping sauce. They will litteraly argue with you. Doesn't matter how much food you order, you would assume $35 in food they could maybe include a ranch or 2. Take your buisness elsewhere where your buisness is appreciated. This place just wants to nickel and dime you. Definitely don't uber eat from here, unless you don't want sauce. If your the uber driver have fun paying your customer extra expenses or get a bad review. It's B.S.

Jaime here at the Carl's Jr in Palm springs provided awesome customer service as well as making sure the tables were clean did not rush me or my wife to leave the premises even though yes we did order food and as well to the Cook hands down the best hamburger fries also the soda fountain so clean I actually was able to taste my Dr pepper so that's a plus for me and as well a good first impression of being coming here to this location and as well I also follow up on my reviews Carl's Junior your employees here today at the Carl's Jr date June 27 20:25 at 3:00 p.m. they deserve some type of recognition I'll be following up with this review and if I find out that they did not get any type of recognition then basically I will make a donation to them for my personal pocket no it was not put up to the closest review or anything and I'm doing at the kindness of my heart because I'm a business owner I own my own LLC and as well keep up the good work guys

The audacity of the employee to tell me barely any fries would fit in a kids fry. Definitely fits more than just 8 fries. Will never come back if I could leave a 0 star id do so. If you want to get ripped off and pay for less food and then get a smart ass remark this is you’re go to place. I recommend del taco across the street. People there are sweet and their one burger they sell always great. Unlike carls!

I am going through a Carl’s Jr phase. And I order through that app all the time. My order has never been wrong. The employees are always nice and if I schedule my food to be ready by a certain time it’s always on time. Food always tastes good. Drive thru AI is also easy to use.

And this is why I DON'T go to Carl's Jr! This has got to be one of the worst experiences in my life. I'm genuinely shocked at the food that I received from them. Please take a moment to compare their advertised guacamole bacon burger to what they served me! Where the hell is the guacamole??? If you're gonna call it guacamole burger, it should at least have that what you're naming it after! I get it, it's a fast food place...but damn, this is literally a joke! And it's not like it was cheap either!
First off, they took a long time to serve us. Then at first they gave me the wrong drinks and after realizing it, they poured them out to serve the right ones. And then I get my food and this is what I get?? That's crazy!
I hadn't been to Carl's Jr in years... and now, I'm 100% I made the right choice to stop going at all!!

We ordered our food. While ordering my sister and I were talking about splitting the burger. We finished ordering and got our drinks. I went up to the counter to wait for the food. I was going to ask for a k ife as well to cut the burger. Moisés took our order and gathered the food when it was ready. I was about to ask a knife when he grabbed one and placed it on the tray. That my friends is customer service and attention to detail. I never told him we were going to split the burger but he was attentive and was paying attention to what we were saying while ordering! Give Moisés a raise!! Customer Service at its Finest!. The restaurant was clean and inviting to!!
