Horrible service the manager was doing the survey on the book instead of customer service my food was there for a while and then she picks up the phone and told her to pick up and say is my order ready I’m picking it up for surgery this happens all the time with this lady it’s really sad that’s why I put two stars in my food because my fries were ready which is there😡

I cannot honestly give this place more then 3 stars because of the food quality.. It's not like any of these fast food places use quality beef so they get a poor rating even if the service is 5 star quality! And the servers here are great they deserve 5 stars!!! However until fast food places use quality USDA 87 to 92% beef then they get low scores! Another complaint is greasy food. All of theses fast food places use a tub of cooking oil to fry everthing... They have perfected a better way to drain oil??? Over 30 years??? Fast food places find a way to not fill us up with grease please!!! Lol..lol.. they never will fix this!!!

Last year the burgers were the best we've ever tasted at a fast food place. Not this year! The burgers are now small and dry, fries were cold. We've tried it twice to be sure. So disappointed.

Carl's Junior is an excellent choice if you want a good char-broiled hamburger that's loaded with a lot of good stuff from bacon to guacamole cheese I mean you name it they have a burger. They have great specials in the app and they also have 50% off for their happy hour specials in the afternoon and late night and you can get shakes and fries and onion rings and more for half price in the food is always good and very delicious

Didn't love this. Main reason? The large waffle fries that I paid extra for was like 12 fries - and not all full fries. Over half of them were like bits and ends. Don't upcharge me and give me little value for that upcharge.

I went through the drive thru and after the 20 min wait, it seems they are trying an AI tool to take orders. After repeating my order correctly, it still managed to be wrong. Such a waste when you only have a 30 min lunch break.
