The staff really does their best effort in ensuring a pleasant visit. I see them busy all the time cleaning and still they noticed my kids need a toilet break and they immediately came to provide the code to the door. Excellent service better than most restaurants we visited.

Came in for some fast food, to get a quick bite. It took 20 minutes to get our order due to technical difficulties. It’s alright though. We were in no rush. The cashier hooked it up with some cookies for our troubles which was a nice gesture. Atmosphere was typical of Carls Jr. Everyone was polite. Even the folks standing out front.

Always love the photos and video of the hot babe eating a burger on their menu screen! No one else in this day and age would have the balls to do it! Beautiful location with mountain views and 1950s architecture style! Excellent fresh food and great service from my Mexican/American workforce!!! Only place I'd ever eat for fast food.

The ai does not listen, when asked to donate to the veterans I was not asked at the window but the Carl's Jr in thousand palms, I was told by the ai to donate to veterans and at the drive-thru window, I was asked to donate by this lovely, welcoming cashier, Leonor, if l liked to donate to the veterans.

Omg the drive thru is so slow, you will wait for 30 minutes and then 15 more minutes in the parking lot before they bring you your food. Bad bad bad

Always have to wipe and clean my table. Sticky floors and lacks basic clean standards. Makes me wonder how my food is but I’ve always like Carls Jr.

Ordered two Sausage, egg & cheese biscuits at like 730am, only 1 other car in drive thru. While driving I reached into the bag and the biscuits felt rock hard, tried to eat one, it was so dry along with the sausage I could not, they were not edible. I wrote to corporate, they wrote back saying they forwarded the comments to the restaurant and I’d be contacted within 5 DAYS! Suffice to say, no one ever contacted me. Carl Karcher, Carls Jr founder would be rolling in his grave. Quality was his #1 pet peeve. Too bad the whole company has fallen so low. Neither the corp office nor the franchisee gives a crap. Stay away from this restaurant if you want edible food. The service on the other hand was friendly and quick.

If you're going to have ai take my order, then lower your damn prices. Over $16 for a combo meal and your food's not even as good as it used to be. The hamburgers look nothing like the commercials. the employees here never seem to be in any amount of hurry. They will get to you when they get to you.Once they're done with their conversations

The music in the restaurant was so loud I couldn't even hear my music that was barely at level 2 and The manager lady asked me to turn my music off and she wasn't very nice about it. She was telling an employee what to do and was being rude and as I watched her she said can I help you and I said no, I'm just watching how you talk to your people and she said thank you and I said, it wasn't a compliment and Jocelyn actually came out and held the door for me when I left and I didn't have to ask her to do so, she should be the manager in my 30+ years of fine dining management experience!!!
