Very bad customer service. I asked the girl and I ordered 2 grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches and she has a 2x5 promotion and she charged me $5.39 each, and I asked her why she charged me that way and she told me why didn't I tell her I wanted the promotion. The devastating thing is that it is not the first time I have bought. Anyway, I'm not going back.

I DON'T KNOW WHO IS RUNNING THAT PLACE, but I have one child in the bathroom and one child over the trash can in the kitchen. Both who had the western bacon, check your food and make sure bacon is cooked through. I believe my children have food poison, THANKS ALOT!!! ?

The temperature inside the Carl's Jr. at 425 S. Sunrise in Palm Springs, CA was way too low! It is freezing to sit inside the restaurant which I frequently like to do. Please turn on the heat when the temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Even the staff by the kitchen stoves are bundled up.

While traveling through California we visited Palm Springs and we wanted to eat something quick. We stopped at Carl's because there were several offers advertised on the internet but we found others. Good prices but quality of food a little fair. Burgers that were a bit tasteless, cold fries and chicken tenders that were not very tasty. You can refill drinks like in almost all fast food chains. Quite a variety of combos and offers. The food is very average, we have had diarrhea after eating
Rude staff, definitely high on the job, eyes barely open, very rude manger or shift supervisor wish I would have gotten her name. Very unhelpful. Did not order. I don’t give my money to bad service and attitude.

I would like to remind the employees of this restaurant that the customers are not dogs! This day I came to buy 3 menus, and not having taken my lock, I put my bike against the window just long enough to collect my orders, it didn't bother anyone! However, a huge but really huge lady working on site had the indelicacy to speak to me very badly, asking me not to leave my bike anymore and in a very unpleasant way! Instead of talking badly to customers, for no reason, and looking for stories for nothing, go play sports! This will calm you down! And maybe you will be less bitter! And in good shape! Which is not currently the case at all!
