Carmela is an adorable ice cream shop inside Flannery Exchange, with a dozen flavors, but I highly recommend the chocolate with cocoa nibs!I absolutely love that they make their own waffle cones and you can even order a waffle cup.There's seating outside and it's on the main road of Palm Canyon, so you can relax and walk to other points of interest.
Small, artisan ice cream shop. The selection was minimal, but everyone in our group found something they loved, including kids from 9-15 years old and two people who eat dairy free. The server was lovely.
