We believe great food, great drinks, and great music make the perfect party and we wanted our wedding to be exactly that. We did several tastings and Carousel Catering blew the others away. It was simply no contest! Also, Chef David and the Event Coordinator, Allen, were such a pleasure to work with. They helped us craft the perfect menu for our guests modeled after some of our favorite NYC restaurant menus (many of our family and friends are foodies so we didn’t want to disappoint)...

There are not enough superlatives to fully appreciate the catered dinner wehad on New Year's Eve by Carousel Catering. It was certainly a gourmetmeal from the appetizers to dessert that rivaled any Michelin 5 starrestaurant. The service was impeccable, the food was presentedbeautifully and the whole experience made this event absolutelyperfect. Oh my word. I've experienced plenty of Carousel Catering events and food. Nothing short of AMAZING!!! Some of my favorites include: the onion souffle, Tex Mex bean dip, BBQ ribs, stuffed quesadillas, wings, soups, caprice toast... Everything I've tasted so far. Hands down you will enjoy. Amazing Chef and the food speaks for itself.
