Having tried the Cartel coffee locations in Tucson, AZ, I was extremely excited to find out that there is one in Palm Springs given that their coffee is amazingly excellent. Found Cartel Roasting while spending a weekend in Palm Springs and I’m super glad I did! It’s a very cool building, with a small-but-comfortable interior and a small patio. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the coffee is great! I tried both cold brews, as well as the dirty chai, and everything was very high quality and delicious. Good vibes, good coffee, and a good aesthetic—Cartel Roasting is worth a visit.
I own a coffee shop and this place has NAILED it. Every time I am in town I have to come here at least once a day usually twice. The grapefruit espresso tonic is to die for and the service is always friendly, authentically warm, and always makes my day.
