We enjoy Casa Blanca fir a fun time. Traditional Sonoran Mexican faire and a Happy Hour margarita price that's one of the best in town!

Poor customer seem like the lady with ( cat eyes) red lipstick hates her job. She had an attitude. Still left a tip. She didn't celebrate my friend who got her Dr. but was celebrating everyone else bday. Brought out some thing for them as well. Didn't offer dessert until I asked

We have been in this location.
Downtown Palm Springs so many times we never had any issue, when we order they always include 1 or 2 spoon of sour cream next to the rice beans, guacamole and a small lettuce salad on the plate. Last night the server she didn't even want to take our order. She never visited our table for the next 45 minutes she was talking to the table next to us nonrelated food conversation for 45 minutes when we ask another server to bring us a sour cream she actually told a server to go ahead and charge us extra $2.49 for one spoon of Sour Cream. I'm not sure how the gentleman who owns the Casa Blanca is allowing this type of behavior going on in his restaurant?
If the owner cares and wanted more information I will be happy to provide table number check number and a descriptionoff the server.

The food was bad, the cocktails were made with cheap alcohol. Other’s left before being served which is what we should have done.

I liked the food it was good and so much to order from. Outside has misters to keep me cool in the summer. I like the drinks and free salsa was hot and good. The food is large and tastes delicious. I will come back.

Casa Blanca downtown Palm Springs by far is the best Mexican food in the area. They have a large menu with options for everyone. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely give this place a try. The chili verde is my favorite! Daniel our usual server is one of the best!
