One order looking like they just threw it together wrap it up in a tortilla I had the food wrapper soggy inside the burrito second order was missing third order we got stale tortillas I won't be back

I ordered Rolled Potato Tacos, something you can’t find where I’m from all that easily so I was excited to try them. I received Chicken. I don’t eat chicken. ? We also ordered a bottle of water and a pineapple drink and had to remind the person about the drinks portion of the order at the window even though we had been charged for it, we got the pineapple drink but I still only received a cup of water (that tasted disgusting, not like normal water). Unfortunately I didn’t realize they gave me chicken until we made it all the way back to the hotel. So at that point I just ate the side of beans and rice I had ordered, which was nothing special. All in all this place was pretty disappointing. Even if they did get everything correct it still seems overpriced compared to the countless other drive through mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Southern California. Won’t be coming back.Vegetarian options: They will get your vegetarian order wrong. Be careful, double check to make sure they didn’t add meat.

Drive thru for fast tacos was the goal.We ordered shredded beef tacos and an order of taquitos. The tacos were so good!! 9 out of 10 and the taquitos were good 8 out of 10. I’d definitely go back for that taco.We did not go inside, I rated atmosphere low based on the exterior appearance.

For the first time eating here I got what I wanted. I frequent the Castaneda restaurants to have the Cabeza burrito because I like Cabeza every other time other than today at 12:30 these burritos are usually flooded with oil. The person that is cooking today should teach all the cooks how to make this burrito because there was no oil that’s gonna stay on top of my stomach for hours and hours and hours all day. Thank you you did a wonderful job.

Went through the drive through at 18:51. Ordered two burritos and a taco came to 28.11. Gave $50. Girl at the window asked if we had 11 cents we looked in purse and glove box. Told her No. She said she didn't have change and would charge us $29. We told her she should take the 11 cent loss we should not have to take 89 cent loss. She said she didn't have change again. My husband asked for the manager, she left came back with change. And yelled at us to bring the correct change next time. We felt like we were on a Sienfeld show; no sandwich for you. We laughed about it afterwards. The food was good. There were two cars behind us as we left.
Service is pretty bad , asked the lady at the drive thru for more salsa and all she said was " Great " and she came back with lemons, no sour cream and gave me a blob of guacamole on my carne asada fries , for $17 you can get something else better but definitely not here , probably not heading back again poor food poor customer service but what do you expect people are never happy here lol

I had gotten one of their burrito for breakfast. It was very good. Other than it had to much cheese (I know never to much cheese but in this case it was) sin e it had so much cheese it made it salty (senstive to salt) and on the greasy also because of the cheese. Otherwise it tasted great.

Wow what a disgusting experience. Ordered and as I waited in the drive thru, I witnessed the guy preparing my food lick his fingers. When the food was coming up, I grabbed the window clerks attention to tell him what I had just witnessed. I also saw a child running around in the back where food is being prepared. Unacceptable!!!

Love this place, best drive thru Mexican food, love the green salsa. You can judge a place by the fluffy rice, creamy beans and tangy salsa.
