The nitro cold brew was delightful. My wife and I weren't happy with the pastries. However, the staff were most friendly and graciously offered me a refund. I am quite satisfied with this, so five stars for good service, good vibes, good coffee!I'll return.

We had 30 minutes before we had to board our plane, we decided to get a drink. We waited so long we decided to walk off without them, they came just as we were walking away. We chugged our drinks to get on our flight, it was a waste of 30 dollars. I don't know what the problem was there were several other customers in the same situation.

The restaurant has very bad customer service, we were on a trip and decided to eat before our flight and my wife and I got food poisoning.Worst food quality I have ever seen, food looks like cold Mc Donald’s left over. The waitress also sat us beside an overflowing garbage can. The food and service is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this place you will 100% get food poisoning and nothing but regret with their garbage food.

No gluten free options. Elevator music and dated interior.

Pity we are unable to give this PSP restaurant less than a star. Setting aside the low quality sliders which were likely frozen and reheated in a microwave, the service itself was godawful. We arrived an hour prior to our departing flight and had to beg for our bill. The service was absolutely horrible. The sliders were sickly over microwaved. The fries were grossly soggy. The condiments we requested with our original order never arrived. We were worried about missing our flight and were about to leave a $50 bill to sufficiently cover the bill before the waiter finally arrived. We travel frequently for work and this may be one of the worst domestic airport restaurants we have ever encountered. How are they able to remain in business? We have a second home in Palm Springs and can honestly say this establishment has gone downhill significantly in recent years. Please avoid at all cost. It’s best to stop by the freaking taco joint by the 76 on Ramon beforehand if you’re feeling hungry before a flight. The food is awful and the service itself is far worse.BTW. We paid nearly $40 for the sliders (one entree), a water, and a screwdriver cocktail. This establishment is the absolute worst we’ve encountered at domestic airports.

We waited six minutes to get seated then 15 minutes, after getting seated, to see other people getting waited on after we arrived, so we got up and left.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Do not go here! I have been waiting almost 40?minutes for my drink. I am about to leave.

Terrible service, terrible food. This used to be a pleasant airport to go through but this garbage restaurant is doing its best to ruin that. Do everyone a favour and close

Service is the worst. Sat for 30 minutes waving and asking to order, got up and asked at 15, ignored. Finally left.

Well, 35 minutes for ONE spinach wrap. And that was after waiting for one menu for 2 people. Other customers around were leaving since there was no service. We are not talking about slow service, we are talking about NO service. When our order finally showed up, we had coats on ready to leave. Was there an apology from the server? No. Was there an Apology from the server who took our order? No. Was there an apology from the manager who had asked to talk to us? No. In a nutshell, ending an otherwise fun time in Palm Springs with such a bad experience was disappointing.

Our male server was incredibly rude to our entire family. The worst part is that he added $20 to his tip. We left him a $4 tip (only reason I left a tip was to round the bill to $120...I should have left $0 for a tip). He confronted my sister about it. I checked my Visa statement and found that the total was $140. I reported it to Visa and will be filing a formal complaint with the local police in Palm Springs for fraud. Avoid this place if possible.

We didn’t get menus. Had to get our own from a table nearby. Finally someone came over, no coffee and then no apple juice for our kid. The guy came out with the wrong drink orders. Pulled pork came out burned and during the meal nobody came by to see how our food was. Terrible service and terrible food.
